About the host
Hosted by Mrs Amanda Welch
Hi I am a busy mother of 3 boys, who spends a lot of my time supporting various sporting fixtures, or partaking myself. I always like to have a challenge on the horizon. We moved to Yorkshire when my third son was on the way as we fell in love with the county and have now been here over 15years. We do not plan to leave!
Why they chose this property
It started because my Mum was living in Italy full time and wanted to come back to England for 6 months in the winter. I arranged somewhere for her to rent in Helmsley as I thought she would love it. She did and in fact she loved it so much that we purchased a property that we could let out in the summer and she could live in in the winter. We thoroughly enjoyed doing the holiday lets so ended up buying this property next door when it became available. We have great pride in our properties and love leaving them immaculate for the next guests. We hope you enjoy staying in them. Please look at our other property E20005 ( 8171985) next door
What makes this property unique
One of the keys things mum realised when she was renting another property in Helmsley was that the property must be within 1-2 minutes from the centre and had to have off street parking. In the summer it can be extremely difficult to find places to park in Helmsley and the last thing you want after a nice day out is not to be able to find somewhere to park close by.
