On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with access to the terrace and garden, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms have been carefully decorated with taste, creating a perfect environment for guests' rest. Each room has a ceiling or tower fan to cool down at night or during the day. On the ground floor, there are two washrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. Both have electric towel rails to dry towels.On the upper floor, there is a bright living room with a fireplace, TV, and a terrace with mountain views; everything decorated with elegantly selected details that create a welcoming and harmonious space. The open kitchen has been recently renovated and combines functionality and style, being equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably (Nespresso Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Electric Kettle, etc.). Also on the upper floor, there is a toilet and a laundry room.The exterior of Villa Serena is a true charm surrounded by nature and tranquillity.
