This property is the ideal place to enjoy the summer evenings.Ses Palmeres is a quiet area, ideal for families, and located less than 10 minutes by car from the Arenal, the touristic area par excellence of Majorca. A few kilometres away you will also find some of the best beaches and coves of the island. This property offers a perfect location to enjoy total privacy while being close to all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer.A perfect choice to spend your holidays in Mallorca, we are waiting for you!- - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - -All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.This house has air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and in the living room. Waren dort mit Familie (Großeltern, Enkel) und waren von der Ausstattung des Objekts enttäuscht. Das Haus hätte echt Potential aber vieles ist in einem lieblosen/runtergerockten Zustand. Contras: * DieSchlafzimmer unten waren Primitive, quietschende Betten und entsprechende Matratzen, sowie unbequeme Kopfkissen. * Kaputtes Licht im Flur/Treppenhaus zur oberen Wohnung(die anderen waren hässliches Kaltweiß) * Küche primitiv ausgestattet * Abfluss des Bidets war nicht angeschlossen, da es nicht sachgerecht an der Wand verschraubt wurde und daher verrückt war und floss deshalb daneben, ich habe es wieder gangbar gemacht. * Kakerlaken in der Küche * warme Decken haben gefehlt Pros: * Schöner Pool * Grill * Genügend Geschirr war vorhanden * Haus war in zwei separate Einheiten (oben / unten) unterteilt * Vorhandene Grundausstattung an Gewürzen

Die Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter war super. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und sind innerhalb von 10-15 min. Beim Supermarkt oder bei verschiedenen Buchten.

Foto’s kwamen niet altijd overeen en bepaalde spullen waren al kapot voordat wij er waren geweest. Voor de rest is de villa top qua omgeving. Voor het uitgaan naar de strip zijn er taxi’s die in de omgeving rijden en ongeveer 15 euro rekenen voor dat ritje. Over het algemeen een paar minpunten maar vooral pluspunten en dus een heel tevreden gemiddelde vakantie!

Maison agréable ou il fait bon s'y reposer. Équipement Ok. Portic est présent via what's app et apporte son soutien le cas échéant. Palma est à 15 mn en voiture et la maison se situe sur un axe qui permet de rejoindre les différents spots à voir de Majorque. Seul bémol: les deux portes d'entrée en facade et l'impossibilité de rejoindre l'étage sans passer par l'extérieur. Surement une bonne raison?... -

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Haus. Generell war die Kommunikation sehr gut organisiert und sehr unkompliziert. Die kaltgestellten Begrüßungsbierchen waren eine schöne Geste der Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Wohnsiedlung. Ein Bus Haltestelle 3 min entfernt fährt stündlich Richtung Palma und Umgebung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles was man während des Aufenthalts benötigt Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spülmaschine etc.. -
