Great Stay

Great communication with host and amazing house. This rental is perfect if you're looking to have a relaxed weekend with some friends. The only thing is make sure to bring your own cooking spices and plenty of paper towels. Overall we had an amazing stay!

The pool was empty dirty and in a dangerous location with no protection. The house smelt disgusting and we couldn't stay there. Vrbo and the property owner had the cheek to not refund us the full amount holding back a substantial amount for 'cleaning' which is ironic to say the least. This property looks nothing like the photos!

Séjour agréable mais manque de confort

La maison est bien située et au global correcte (petite piscine sympathique, 4 belles chambres, 3 salles de bain), mais manque de confort : la literie laisse grandement à désirer, les oreillers sont plutôt des coussins et il manque beaucoup de basiques - torchons, tablettes lave vaisselle, de quoi nettoyer, condiments de base. Par contre, communication super avec le gérant et flexibilité arrivée et départ à souligner.

Ferienhaus mit einigen Mängeln

Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe, da die Lattenroste zum teil bereits rausgebrochen und mit Klebeband notdürftig repariert wurden. Im großen Bad funktionierte die Dusche nicht und war gesperrt. Die Elektronik/Pumpe für beide Doppelhaushälften steht direkt bei der Sitzgruppe an der Terrasse und läuft nervig alle 2 1/2 Minuten. Die genannten Punkte sind nur ein kleiner Auszug von dem, was uns dort erwartet hat. Mallorca war wunderschön, aber diese Unterkunft würde ich kein zweites mal buchen.

Potential des Objekt nicht ausgeschöpft

Vor einigen Jahren waren wir im Nebenhaus. Baugleich und somit waren unsere Erwartungen dementsprechend hoch und wurden enttäuscht. Unserer Meinung wurde das Objekt schon seit längerer Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Küche und Geräte wie Backofen waren ekelig. Küche hat eigentlich eine super Ausstattung an Geräte, aber keine Kochutensilien. Lediglich ein grosser Topf und eine kleine Pfanne war vorhanden. Das Haus kann vom 8 Personen belegt werden, aber nicht versorgt werden. Kaffeemaschine reicht gerade für zwei Tassen. Dusche war defekt. Die Waschbecken laufen nicht richtig ab. Der Pool war dreckig. Wurde zwar ein Monteur geschickt, aber dazu mussten wir 3 Tage vor Ort bleiben, um den Techniker einzulassen. Mehrmals am Tag hatten wir kein Wasser. Die Betten und Matratzen haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Tolles Objekt, wenn es nicht so viele Mängel hätte, die mit gründlicher Reinigung und Ersatz schnell aus der Welt geräumt wären. Ebenso müsste das Küchenequipement ausgetauscht und aufgerüstet werden. Dann ist auch der Mietpreis gerechtfertigt. In dem jetzigen Zustand überteuert. Sehr schade!! Das Objekt liegt ideal. Sehr ruhig. Bushaltestelle nach Palma oder S'arenal fast direkt vor der Tür. Finde es schade dass ich so eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben muss, aber Sauberkeit ist das A und O.

Wäre Miguel dieser Umstand bekannt gewesen, hätte er sicherlich eine Nachbesserung umgehend veranlassen können. Er ist vor Ort und immer bemüht, seine Gäste zufriedenzustellen und bei allen eventuelle anfallen Unzulänglichkeiten Hilfestellung zu leisten. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten für einen Urlaub ausgestattet, was auch in der Beschreibung des Objekts aufgeführt ist. Sollten Sie feststellen, dass etwas fehlt oder ersetzt werden muss, steht Ihnen auch hier Miguel gerne zur Verfügung. Ihre Anmerkungen bezüglich der Betten und Matratzen nehmen wir zur Kenntnis. Der Komfort von Betten und Matratzen ist eine Frage der persönlichen Vorliebe. Da einige Gäste härtere Matratzen den weicheren vorziehen und umgekehrt, ist es unmöglich, auf alle Geschmäcker einzugehen. Wir hoffen, dass Sie dies nicht zu sehr gestört hat. Bezüglich des Pools teilte uns der Hauseigentümer mit, dass bedingt durch einen Sandsturm, der viel Sand ins Wasser geweht hat, es etwas länger gedauert hat, bis die Anlage diesen herausgefiltert hatte. Der Preis für die Unterkunft entspricht den Marktpreisen für ähnliche Immobilien in der Region. Für Ihre persönliche Einschätzung bedanken wir uns in der Hoffnung, Sie bald wieder in einer Bookiply Unterkunft begrüßen zu dürfen. Das Bookiply Team

Pros: El check-in muy cómodo. Dependiendo de la zona que se quiera visitar, está bien ubicado. Cons: Algo sucio (se encontraron mascarillas usadas y otras cosas), pero nada grave.
