Villa is lovely and very safe for young children. Great pool area. A little hot in bedrooms on the night maybe some fans would help. Great location 1 minute to beach, shops and restaurants. We travelled as 3 adults and 6 children and plenty of space for everyone. Checking in and out was super easy. Area is lovely, clean and feels very safe. Overall we had a great week here.

Perfect house and ideally located

Perfect house for all ages. All on one level so baby could crawl around everywhere. Just 3 minutes from the beach and a lovely warm pool. Very well appointed and so handy for market, shops and restaurants. All in all a very good house

Great time at Marie’s property

Marie was very helpful and responded quickly and positively to the queries we had both before and after booking. The property is excellent and we particularly liked the pool which was kept to a high standard. The location is terrific for the beach , village and cycling access to all of the Island. Everything about our stay was amazing. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. Very well located, with beach, market and shops just a short walk away.

Great house

Terrific house in great location for beach and shops/restaurants/market. Slight smell of damp and we were unable to switch off the bathroom ventilator which was noisy, and not environmentally friendly. Property manager somewhat unhelpful, and cleaning requests at the end of the stay unreasonable given the amount we were paying for cleaning.

Super séjour à Maison La Couarde

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est à proximité immédiate du marché et de la plage. La maison est fonctionnelle, très bien aménagée et très agréable à vivre ! On s’y sent bien comme chez soi.

Perfect location in a lovely house!

We spent a fantastic week in Maison La Couarde. We were 4 adults and 5 children and found the house to be in an excellent location to cycle around the island, discover the markets and enjoy the beach. The house itself was very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was very popular with our children! We are all hoping we can come back soon!

Great location, well equipped and perfect for families.

On walking into this house, we knew we were going to have a great holiday! Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with enough space for everyone to congregate and also slip away! The house is right near the beach and only a 2 minute walk from the main market, which makes shopping a pleasurable affair, rather than a chore. The garden and pool area always had some shade, for lazing around in and reading a book. The owner was extremely helpful and answered any questions we sent her quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to other people and hope that we will return for another holiday soon.
