Perfect for families and located aprox. 500 ft to boardwalk, beach and rides. condo offers a Master br w/ queen Bed & ensuite Bathroom; #2 bedroom offers a Full-sized bed and bunk bed w/ twin over twin sized beds with separate bathroom#2. Living room has new couches, pull out queen sleeper. 3 flat screen tvs , fully equipped kitchen w/ regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, griddle, blender, mixer, pots, pans, glassware, bowls, clam knife, and utensils. Balcony with seating, where you can enjoy the views, sunset, ocean, boardwalk and people. Gated backyard w/ pool, garage, Portable table and chairs to bbq(gas grill) refrigerator in garage and sundeck w/ bar. Also, 6 beach badges for the week are included. Coded entry.

You will love the location and the flexibility to choose the ocean or the pool to cool off and relax. You are centrally located 1/2 block to the boardwalk at the mid-point. You are 2 1/2 blocks from the New and Improved Water park with slides, wading pools, splash zones, lazy river, go-karts, miniature golf, and more!! You also must try the GIANT pizza slices not only are they huge, but they are also Delicious!! The sky ride takes you on a 25-minute Arial round trip or one way trip along the ocean and boardwalk, it's a great way to view the area. The amusement park offers Special wristband days, so you can ride the rides for pay-one price admission. Seaside Heights has a new roller coaster and other thrilling rides at the newly expanded Casino Pier. If it's nightlife you are interested in, I recommend Thursday nights 10pm-2am, SHORTY LONG AND TH E JERSEY HORNS, at the world-famous Beach Comber on the south end of the boardwalk.
Seaside Heights offers free movies on the beach every Sunday and Tuesday nights, bring a beach chair and refreshments!! Every Monday is music nights on the beach at 7pm. Every Wednesday (weather permitting) there are fireworks on the beach.

Everything was exactly as it was listed. Great place to stay, very clean, very close to beach/boardwalk, and was equipped with everything you could need (kitchen, towels, beach chairs, kids toys, umbrella, cart to carry everything, ect). Nice private pool.

Close to everything

The apartment was amazing well equipped. Walking distance to everything. The pool was great. I would definitely stay here again. I was able to get in contact with the owner. The beach passes great .

Great Little Shore House

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived and stocked with any necessity we’d even think to need including spices in the kitchen, extra blankets, board games, baby high chairs, and so much more. The location is perfect if you’re looking to do stuff on the boardwalk! We will absolutely be back

The property was so nice the balcony looked right out to the beach loved having coffee out there.. The condo was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed.. The beds were comfortable as well.. Definitely felt like a home away from home! Would love to stay there again!

Great place for families with younger kids

This condo was a great place for us. Good space for kids with a good selection of board games. Garage was nice to have a covered parking spot. Neighbors were very kind and being walking distance to the boardwalk was ideal. Thank you!

The place was great. It was a shame the boardwalk rides were closed when we were their.

The property had everything we needed. The teens even went in the pool when the temp was in the 60's.

Perfect Location

Excellent location! A 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Walking distance to the convenience store, the amusement park, water park and mini golf. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the deck. Highly recommend this location.

Clean & Family Friendly Rental

We loved our stay at this condo. There was a pack n play and booster seats for our two young kids which was so helpful. We had the heated pool to ourselves our entire stay which was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this rental.

My husband Joe and I bought this condo in 2010 and have spent every chance we could there while working and living in Rahway,NJ. When we retired in 2014 we moved to Florida and in 2022 we moved to South Carolina and are not able to enjoy it as much as we used to and decided to offer other families the opportunity to create their own lifetime family memories at the Jersey Shore. We know you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect!! You can enjoy the beach then come back to the pool. We enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the action. BBQ in the back and dine on the sundeck watching the sunset with a few cocktails. There is always plenty to do in the area. My favorite ride is the Skyride!! You can enjoy a 25 minute birds eye view of Seaside. Also included with your stay are 6 beach passes for the week. Garage parking gated backyard with built in pool.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCACATION**** Our place is newer and well maintained. We absolutely fell in love with the property because very few condos have the pool that is only shared with 5 others units. The neighbors are all very friendly and helpful.
