There are two apartments in the main house- one is on the first floor, and the second one includes the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms.
- 2 bathrooms on the first floor, one bathroom on the 2nd floor, and one on the 3rd floor.
The first-floor apartment has two main bedrooms and two connected bedrooms in the "family wing" at the back area of the house, each with a bed and a sliding door separating each side (so it has four sleeping spaces/rooms)
The upstairs apartment has four bedrooms as well, two on the 2nd floor and two on the 3rd floor.
There is also a cottage separate from the main house but on the same property and shares the driveway. It has one bedroom and its kitchen, living area and bathroom.

Enjoy a private enclosed outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The shower is fully screened for privacy, equipped with hot and cold water, and finished with a non‑slip deck. It’s available from mid‑May through mid‑September (seasonal)
