Welcome to this hidden gem in the heart of Calabash. You will love this beachy condo close to everything! Within walking distance to shops, mini golf and tons of amazing restaurants. Just a short drive to Sunset, Ocean Isle and Cherry Grove beaches and North Myrtle attractions. This location is a golfers delight with so many golf courses nearby. Great hiking just down the street at Vereen Memorial Gardens. Catch a fishing charter or dolphin cruise. You will enjoy this charming coastal town.
The space
Spacious 2 bedroom condo on the third floor. Please note there is no elevator. Split floor plan allowing guests privacy and dedicated full baths. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and attached full bath. Guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a full size trundle. Sun-lit living area offers a coffee bar and smart TV and opens to dining/kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with stackable washer/dyer, WiFi, and the screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of joe.
Complex grounds include courtyard, picnic areas, and community pool with hot tub.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit. The pool, hot tub and outdoor grilling area are shared by the community. Guests can park anywhere in the parking lot. Smart door lock allows guests to use a code of their choosing for easy access.

Many of the condos in this complex are occupied by full time residents so it's a quieter community.
