This lovely, spacious 3 BR/2 BA Private Home is located on the North
shore of Lake Francis in Lake Placid, Florida. Lakefront home completely remodeled with functionality, comfort and design in mind. Located on beautiful sandy bottom Lake Francis with private beach and large yard. Everything you need for a lake getaway including tubes, floats, chairs, umbrella, jon boat & 2 Kayaks with paddles, fishing rods, volleyball, and skis. Bring your watercraft and tie up to the private dock. We have limited access to three separate lakes. Or, kick off your shoes, relax in the screened in porch and take in lake views, breezes and backyard wildlife...the friendly kind! Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and water sports on this beautiful 539 acre fresh water, sandy bottom lake in a quiet country setting. Conveniently located to Dining, Shopping and just 15 minutes from Sebring and the famous Sebring International Raceway!
The backyard, lakeside fire pit is perfect for making s'mores! We supply the skewers. Take a "dock" blanket provided in the garage and spread out on the dock at night and enjoy some wonderful stargazing...can you spot the satellites?
The Dining Room has a fireplace for Romantic dinners overlooking the lake or enjoy eating outside with friends on the large screened patio. Guests can also take advantage of the lighted outdoor patio to join the "chef" at the Gas BBQ Grill that is provided.
Ceiling Fans in the Living Room, Dining Room and all 3 Bedrooms. Blackout shades are provided in each bedroom. Cozy up on the reclining sofa to enjoy the 65" LED TV or watch your favorite show on the porch with a 43" LED TV. A DVD player is also available.
Beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with new cook-top stove and refrigerator overlooking the lake.
Beach chairs and recliners, umbrellas, rafts and life jackets are available.
We have a small “jon” boat and 2 Kayaks that you can use for fishing on the lake, paddles provided! Lots of games available for rainy day activities.

Another wonderful stay at the lake

This home is well-furnished and well-equipped. The house has everything you could possibly need to cook, to work or watch tv. But the best part is the lake, the yard and the screened in porch. Swimming, paddling, floating or just watching the gorgeous ever-changing sky show this house is perfect for a relaxing, fun vacation.

The property is amazing they have everything you could need. It is beautiful and relaxing.

The property and honor is amazing. The house is everything you need. It is a quite and relaxing lake with amazing views. The home is very comfortable and inviting. There was plenty to do for my 3 children to do ranging from 20 somethings to teenagers. Everything was clean and organized. We definitely plan on staying again.

We live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and love spending time at our Lake House Get-Away.
We are a fun-loving family with 3 wonderful children. Some of our favorite memories include time at the lake with Family members and Friends.

Why they chose this property

Well maintained, comfortable and spacious lake front home. All that you need is provided for a wonderful, relaxing get-away. Don't miss spending time at night on the dock star-gazing. The night sky is so clear, the stars are unbelievably bright and visible! A Jon Boat & 2 Kayaks with paddles and life vests are available for your use to "catch your dinner." Friendly small town folks make you feel at home whether dining at the best breakfast diner we've ever found or shopping at Publix. Several good restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Great bike paths are close by and we provide 2 bikes!
Our house is also just 15 minutes from Sebring International Raceway and the town of Sebring. HGTV spotlighted Sebring in a "HomeTown Takeover" show in 2025 with Erin and Ben Napier. The HGTV team updated the wonderful downtown Circle of shops, restaurants and activites. Watch the show or just see it in person!

What makes this property unique

A quiet street, great for biking and walking. A beautiful lake to enjoy every day. Relax in the screened in porch and watch the world go by including our favorite Sandhill cranes and bald eagles. Light the lakeside fire pit and enjoy an old fashioned evening stargazing and making s'mores, we even have the skewers to roast the marshmallows! Inside, you can also appreciate the ambiance of dining by a fire with a wonderful view of the lake which you can see from just about anywhere in the house! The private dock and beach with lots of beach chairs and floats, corn hole boards and other outdoor games make for a fun stay.
