PENTHOUSE WITH VIEW NEAR THE COLOSSEUM

The apartment overlooking the Colosseum and Roman Forum is on the 5th floor of a beautiful 1800 building with elevator in the heart of the lively Monti neighborhood. In the apartment there is a living room with a dining set, a sofa and a double sofa-bed 140x200 cm, a room with a European king bed 160x200 cm, another room with a double bed 140x200 cm, a little room with a single bed 80x200 cm, kitchen, two bathrooms (with washbasin, toilet, bidet, bathtub/shower, hairdryer).

The apartment is equipped with autonomous heating and hot water system, heating and cooling air conditioning system, fiber optic ethernet network, Wi-Fi, television with Fire Stick, washing machine, iron. From the balcony, with two small tables and four chairs you can enjoy beautiful sunsets facing towards the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the church of S. Francesca Romana, the basilica of Maxentius, the Palatine hill, and the Roman Forum.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed. It was a great location and right in the middle of all the activity. It was close to the Colosseum and all the food places. My only complaint was that it is at the top floor (the 11th floor) and when we were there the elevator was broken and we had to track up 125 steps (yes, we counted) multiple times a day. The hosts were nice and available to answer questions and help when needed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again.

We were only coming into Rome for one night. This place was perfect. The host was so nice and accommodating. The elevator was a huge bonus to get our luggage up to the penthouse. We would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Overall great place. Good location, adequate AC and great balcony to enjoy evenings. Had an issue with shower water pressure, very low, very difficult to wash long hair and some ants in the kitchen but that happens. I would certainly come back but would appreciate to address water pressure.

Great Location

Had a wonderful stay here. We had no electricity in the beginning but it was fixed within a couple of hours and all was good! Loved having a glass of wine on the balcony and watching all things Rome!

This apartment is located in a very quiet area just 200 meters from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The apartment is in the heart of the Monti district, which is one of the most characteristic and beautiful neighborhoods of Rome's historic city centre. You can easily walk to many of Rome's most important landmarks. The apartment is also very close to the metro station "Colosseo" and to the bus station with the same name.
