4 Bdrm Home - Walk to Perkins Cove, Town Center & the Beach

This special vacation spot is located at 284 Shore Road, walking distance from the beach, town center and Perkins Cove. It is steps from several of the finest
restaurants in the area. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably. A/C units are
located in all the bedrooms and fist floor living area. There is a new 20' x 20' private deck located off the back of the house which is accessed from a sliding glass door near the
kitchen. The deck is equipped with patio furniture and a Webber gas grill. The 2 car garage includes a ping pong table and a foos ball table.

Parking is available for three vehicles.
