This condo with central AC is equipped with a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed, to comfortably fit up to four people. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need - refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker etc (no oven, sorry - we had a nearly bad experience in the past). It has its own HD smart TV with Roku integrated. You will have access to unique entertainment like Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime Anytime, Starz, etc - all complimentary for your spare time! Our top floor balcony features a stunning panoramic ocean view. You will be provided with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair drier and iron. Property amenities include - beach rentals (chairs and umbrellas, additional cost), pool, bar, game room, gym, tourism concierge, and cafeteria, among others.

You will be centrally located. Most of what will make your stay a pleasant one is within walking distance - 24hr supermarkets, casinos, a wide variety of restaurants, local shops, souvenir shops, nightclubs, public transportation, etc. Not to mention, the route is roughly 5 minutes away from the airport and void of rush-hour traffic. One FREE parking spot is included with possibility of two, upon request (contact us for details).

1) PUERTO RICO IS EXPERIENCING A MAJOR DROUGHT - THIS HAS BEEN HEADLINES FOR THE PAST FEW WEEKS. UNLIKE MANY OTHER PROPERTIES, OURS IS EQUIPPED WITH A WATER CISTERN. WHEN THE MUNICIPALITY DECIDES TO RATION THE MAIN WATER SUPPLY, OUR BUILDING ENTERS A WATER RATIONING SCHEDULE. WATER WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES:

12PM-2PM
7PM-8PM



2) THE POOL IN OUR BUILDING IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO RENOVATIONS AND WE ARE NOT CERTAIN WHEN IT WILL OPEN AGAIN, HENCE WHY WE CHECKED OFF THE POOL AMENITY. HOWEVER, WE HAVE WORKED A DEAL WITH A SISTER HOTEL AND THEY HAVE GRANTED US EXCLUSIVE PERMISSION TO USE THEIRS. PLEASE INQUIRE WITH US FOR MORE INFO AS WE CANNOT DISCLOSE THE NAME HERE, BUT IT IS WALKING DISTANCE AND MORE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SPRAY PARK IN ADDITION TO THEIR MAIN POOL.
