BE OUR GUEST, BE OUR GUEST, PUT OUR SERVICE TO THE TEST! We wish to welcome you to "B & G's Vacation Place" at the BAHAMA BAY RESORT in Davenport, Florida. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit (sleeps 6-8) is on the ground floor for easy access and we are close to all that Central Florida has to offer - Disney World is a 15 - minute drive away. Let us be your home-away-from-home retreat. Bahama Bay Resort is a beautiful, 70 acre Caribbean-style gated community situated on Lake Davenport. Some of the many amenities offered include a Clubhouse, 4 swimming pools and hot tubs, children's Splash Pad area, full-service restaurant, Cenote Day Spa, onsite store, and much, much more.

How are we different from "all the rest?" We have taken great care in making our unit comfortable by including what we would like in our home, such as a reclining sofa, a desk, and a bunk room with an extra sofa. There are also some extra touches that most units do not have. For example, the kitchen has many more items for your use and enjoyment. We've tried to think of everything. In addition, we are very reasonably priced, and our unit provides private high-speed internet, no charge calling anywhere in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico, newer front-load washer and dryer, and front door key pad access with a code you provide us (no need to stop at front desk)! We also offer our assistance for your trip planning depending on your needs. We can provide you time-saving directions to WALT DISNEY WORLD so you can avoid the traffic!

We provide detailed information about our unit prior to your stay as well as an Information Book in the unit to help answer your questions. There are even some favorite recipes for you to try!

Perfect location for Baseball Tournament- nice beds great kitchen - resort pools. Restaurant was low staffed - but great food. Had karaoke one night and played some pool. Great trip - will try to stay there next year

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay in Davenport! My kids loved the bunkbed room. And the pool in the back was very convenient. The grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of. The condo is well stocked with all of the things you need! The beds were very comfortable! We will be back soon!

Another amazing stay!!!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely place. Bob and Gail are truly great hosts!!! The place is very well kept and clean. It literally has everything you could possibly need, even for larger parties staying here. We will definitely be back for our annual family Disney vacation.

This property is a comfortable distance away from disney. The craziness on 192 is not my target. The kitchen is very well equipped as is everything in this very comfortable condo. We would definitely stay again.

Originally from Massachusetts, we (Bob & Gail) settled in Northern Maine several years ago. We have been vacationing in the Orlando area for many years. We are major Disney fans, and plan to work for them in our retirement years. Until then, we decided to purchase a vacation property in the Orlando area that we can enjoy with our family and friends. Our goal is to help you have a very memorable and enjoyable vacation in "Our Vacation Place."

Why they chose this property

In spite of the endless choices available to home buyers, we immediately fell in love with Bahama Bay Resort. We were impressed with the lush grounds and spacious guest areas, not to mention the many exceptional amenities that the resort has to offer. The location was also a key factor. It is in a quiet residential area and yet close to all the major attractions, shopping and dining venues the area is known for.

What makes this property unique

You will agree that having a ground floor unit is a big plus (there are no elevators). No need to lug suitcases, sleeping children or groceries up stairs. The floor plan won us over since the master bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms allowing for more privacy when sharing accommodations. The resort is spacious, private and yet is not so big that you get lost. The restaurant allows you to have lake-view dining as well as poolside service. Both patios are screened letting you enjoy the outdoors without the worry of bugs bugging you. And we've already mentioned that we have amenities that most other units do not...high-speed private internet, private phone line with free calls within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, and access to the unit via key pad entry.
