Hale Hui Kai is a very special, closest to the ocean, 40 unit complex on beautiful Keawakapu beach. No better location, excellent oceanfront property that guests enjoy year after year. Walking distant to restaurants, beautiful sunsets, the ultimate in beachfront living.

The BEST location on Maui. The sandy beach is just a few steps down a private walkway. Perfect for stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, swimming, snorkeling or lounging. Frequent turtles and colorful fish, and the humpback whales in the winter season.
You can also enjoy long walks on the mile long pristine white sand beach to Wailea. Outdoor shower, lounge chairs and deep seated sofa and chairs to enjoy the ocean view and sunsets. Shaded outdoor area with tables and chairs for your comfort

Unit 103 is a private two bedroom, two full bath beach condo, tastefully appointed that sleeps 6 comfortably. Each room is individually air conditioned for comfort control. Bedrooms have a private door, NOT a loft or semi private slider as many 2 bedrooms in this area. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv, smart tv in the master and windows that close with ceiling fans.and AC. There is a king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in second bedroom that can be converted to another king, and a comfortable queen size fold out sleeper sofa. It has a full kitchen with new stainless steel LG stove, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is a beautiful tropical private Lanai (patio) right outside and double sliders that open onto this garden area to bring the outdoors inside. There is free wireless internet, cable TV, Showtime and a DVD player. Total of 3 flat screen tv's and 2 are smart tv's.
Laundry is on site and there is free parking. You have a close walk to paddle board rentals, a deli / general store, activity desk and multiple restaurants.

If you want privacy, relaxation, fun in the sun and the ocean experience, this is the only place to consider. Hale Hui Kai boarders Kihei and Wailea in the perfect Maui Hawaii location.

Charming beach condo

The decor is perfect for the beach, with a lovely garden lanai and path out to the lawn, pool and sand. Great snorkeling and body surfing out front!

Family Trip to Maui

Great location on the beach in south Kihei, very near to Wailea beaches as well. Good swimming and snorkeling, great sunsets. Property is very clean and well maintained. Good space in condo, we had everything we needed.

We had such a fantastic time here. Location is perfect, and the beach is just so pretty. House was clean and comfortable. Great kitchen for family cooking. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Hawaii.

Great place!

Can’t beat the views and proximity to the beach with this stay. Comfortable accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. Our only initial challenge was from the description for bedroom 2 (two twins “or” a king bed - not “and” as listed), but it worked out fine for us since the couch was a sleeper sofa. We’d stay here again! Kim is a responsive and accommodating host.

Perfect Location and Condo

This was a perfect location for our family to do many excursions incuding deepsea fishing, snorkeling tour to Molokini and a Luau, all less than 15 minutes away. It was also the perfect spot for just enjoying the beautiful beach right infront of the complex. The condo had everything we needed to cook in or bring food back and sit outside at the private patio. Another plus was it was also equipped with beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas!

Beautiful condo , so close to beach. First floor with nice patio and tropical plants surrounding walkway. Everything was very nice for a small family. Condo was nicely updated. Complex was small and quiet which was super nice. Pool is small but never crowded. Beach is gorgeous. Gorgeous sunset views!

Great location!!!

This condominium complex has an outstanding location. Being right on the beach and in a prime ‘sunset viewing’ area is wonderful. The unit itself had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. This was our first time to travel to Maui with a toddler and the air conditioning in this unit helped with nap and bed time for her. Our hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with for which we were very thankful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Perfect condo in every way!

I can’t say enough good things about my family’s recent stay in this beautiful, peaceful condo. It was perfect for us. Not only is it in a wonderfully tranquil setting but also located just steps through a green wonderland of vegetation to a gorgeous, kid friendly beach. The condo was better than advertised!! What a great location! The beach is tons of fun, both for playing in the waves and sand, and for snorkeling (we saw 4 turtles in a single outing). And the condo comes with the toys to take advantage of it (chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling masks and fins). We enjoyed it every day. The condo is just right for a 2 bedroom beach condo. The owner was super responsive both before and during our trip. We enjoyed the location, close to many things. Our family of 5 recommends to any other family wanting to enjoy what Maui has to offer.

Great Rental Property

We had a blast in Maui staying at this condo. The location was central to many activities we wanted to do. We didn’t drive more than 30 minutes to any activity we desired; zip lining, surfing, Mama’s Fish House, Road to Hana. The beach was wonderful and it was really nice to have the boogie boards, coolers, chairs and umbrellas. We rented snorkel gear next door and snorkeled daily. There were turtles and tons of fish. The sunsets were beautiful!
