This house was perfect for 5 adults (2 couples) and a dog. We enjoyed the porches, having 2 living room areas and the beach chairs in the storage shed were an extra bonus. We would definately stay here again!

This house is one of the best houses I’ve stayed at for this kind of reservation. We had two families traveling and the layout of this house was perfect!There are two main bedrooms with en suite one upstairs and one downstairs as well as a second living area upstairs with plenty of sleeping options. The neighborhood the house is located in is lovely and the golf cart addition was so fun. You can drive directly to the beach on the golf cart and there’s a road that goes under the highway, so no worries about crossing.The kitchen had plenty of supplies. More than what I’m used to having in house rentals like this. I would love to book this house again. Everything about it from the layout, the location, the neighborhood and the supplies stocked at the home was absolutely perfect!!

Excellence location for Families!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children (4/8) and found this house to be very well maintained and extremely convenient, especially with the 2 golf carts. Easy beach access as well as to the activities and restaurants at Baytown Wharf. Property managers were excellent to work which and communicate with you quickly. We would definitely come back and stay at this location again!

This was our first time staying in sandestin. No need for a vehicle as long as you have golf carts. Everything is accessible by golf cart. House was good with plenty of amenities. The counter top ice maker was a huge hit! Would definitely stay here again!

This Bungalo was the cleanest we have had in 6 years. The only problem was lack of driveway space for 2 vehicles and the golf cart.

The parents feel comfortable letting their driving age teens use the golf carts to go where they would like. Golf carts are a must when staying at San Destin.

Beautiful well-outfitted home with great beach toys!

Beautiful home and great location!! We loved the big open area for games and hanging out We really loved the golf carts - so fun for running around Tons of kitchen utensils and gadgets - so helpful to be well outfitted for cooking! Keurig and full coffee pot depending on how much you need was great to have. Outdoor beach closet had SO MUCH fun stuff!!Very comfy beds, large closets and lots of dressers to unpack and get organized easily. Quick response times - especially on arrival when electric lock wasn't working bc of lightning. The grill out back was great - we loved the flat cooking surface and the propane was well stocked. I don’t have little ones anymore, but there was great stuff I would have loved when they were small like a pack-n-play and kid beach toys.

Don't Rent the Additional Golf Cart

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I paid extra to have the additional golf cart. Upon delivery, the gentleman told us not to go too far because it had a bad battery. He was correct, it would not hold charge over 5 minutes. After being stranded the first time we used it and having to be pushed home by the other cart, we never used it again. Please just take it out of your fleet instead of taking people's money.

Perfect place for our family. We had a great time. It only comes with either a four seat golf-cart or a six seat golf-cart. We were lucky the six seat one was in the shop. They were generous and let us have another four seat golf-cart. Most places wouldn’t do that. We appreciated it so much since we had six people. We did have trouble with door that had the code. They came out and fixed it immediately. We brought our small dog and they had plenty of outdoor area for him. Such a wonderful area to stay in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If this hadn’t been a stay during a cooking holiday, I would easily give this rental a 5 star. The negatives were few but impacted our visit. The carport light was non functioning, the oven would not come to temperature nor stay consistent, and the floors needed mopping. Don’t plan to cook a Turkey at this rental! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, small appliances well stocked, even a griddle! TP, soaps, trash bags, everything was provided, they even had salt and pepper. Location was perfect, closed in back patio perfect for enjoying a cool breeze, and lots of blanket/throws for snuggling with the little ones. Would 100% recommend.

Great Location

Great location. Take golf carts to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. Great for walks and golf cart rides. Home was clean, but needs a little TLC. Carpets were stained. Make sure and bring paper towels and toilet paper. They give you a small initial supply. 5th bed is an air mattress that did not stay inflated. I recommend this home. Property Manager was very helpful.

Just okay

This stay was just okay. We’ve been to sandestin several consecutive years now, and this was our least favorite stay. The neighborhood itself is great (we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before at a different Bungalo), but this specific property backs up to a busy road so you can hear traffic pretty much all hours of the day. Cannot really enjoy the back patio due to the traffic noise and the front porch didn’t have ample seating. Would have been nice to have more chairs, and more comfortable chairs, on the front porch. This is obviously an issue out of control of property managers. However- the rental itself was not cleaned well. Had to go through home and clean sticky cup rings off of end tables throughout the property when we got there. The kitchen floor was sticky and we had to mop it. The furniture/rug in living room needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The carpet needs a deep clean or replaced throughout. We found several tacks (yes sharp tacks) on the ground which was really a safety hazard with toddlers. Last but definitely not least- the 2nd golf cart that we paid extra to rent was not functional basically the whole stay. I read a review on this site about 1-2 weeks prior to our arrival that said the something to the same effect. When I called and spoke with someone about this I was reassured it was related to “user error” and that it was not properly plugged into a power source in between uses. However, we faithfully plugged in and even had someone come out and change the battery- to no avail. This golf cart continued to malfunction and would essentially die in the middle of driving it. Another huge safety hazard with toddlers on board and at nighttime. I did put in a notification about this with the company’s vacation app and have not heard back yet. Overall- considering the price that was paid for this vacation rental- not worth it and would absolutely not stay again.
