Wouldn't you prefer to stay in a house rather than being stuffed into a hotel room, especially if you wanted to stay awhile? Come stay at our very comfortable, serene waterfront home. Relax and enjoy watching the many various birds and wildlife along with sunsets that will melt your heart. You have everything you need in the house or close by. Many shops, restaurants and different activities for the whole family. Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, Tarpon Springs, museums, and many beaches including Clearwater Beach, all within approx. 5-40mins. Disney is approx. 1 1/2hr away. Staying here you have the best of both worlds everything to do at and inbetween Tampa and Orlando.

RENTAL RULES: 1) Smoking is NOT permitted in house. 2) Any person in or on the property shall be the sole responsibility of Guest. 3) Owners of this property are not held liable or are responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. 4) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5) Only use appliances for their intended use. 6) Pets are NOT allowed unless owner authorized. (Papers needed) 7) Parking: All vehicles must be parked on driveway. 8) Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping services. The Guest will have to provide their own cleaning services during their stay. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, they are not permitted to be taken out. We suggest Guest bring their own beach towels. 9) Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations.
