We rent by the week, SUNDAY to SUNDAY.
1-bedroom condo with queen! Sofa bed in living room. We also have an Aero bed in closet! TV in Bedroom which plays DVD and Amazon Prime, Netfix! TV in Living Room. Sleeps One to four people only. Coverlet changed after each guest. Pool, short 10 minute walk to beach!! Trolley Stop in front of Condo. Located on Route 1 at the Ocean Towers Condominium Complex. Linens, bath towels, all the comforts of home.
You do not need to drive around in this busy resort town! The condo is on the lower level. Free parking! Coin operated Laundry on Site! Easy way to keep up on laundry! I clean the condo myself after each guest, NO cleaning fee!! Can't beat that! Stay cool with 2 air conditioners on those hot summer nights!

We have been renting since 2004.

Awesome place to stay !

We loved staying there ! A ! Immaculate with everything you need and more for a wonderful vacation ! Walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and downtown Ogunquit so close ! Richard made it very comfortable and all the special things he added ! Pool was so nice after a day at the beach too! Great place to stay!

A spring Interlude

Maine vacation stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was just what I was looking for-I could go north and explore or venture south into New Hampshire. I will definitely stay here again. The amenities were perfect and Rich was a fabulous host. I highly recommend staying here.

Ocean Towers - Ogunquit

This property is a quiet complex right on Main Street. It is walkable to to restaurants, shops, the beach and The Marginal Way. The condo was true to the listing, and the owners provided a few extras, making us feel right at home. Rich was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back to Maine and hope to stay here again.l

Charming with a great location!

Fall get away

Relaxing Getaway

The condo is very well arranged with all you need for a relaxing home away from home. It’s an easy walk to Ogunquit center, Ogunquit Beach, and the Marginal Way on nice sidewalks. With plenty of restaurants to pick from.

Great little getaway

Fresh, clean, stocked with anything you need. Close to town, but not too close. Quick commute by trolley or golf cart will get you anywhere nearby. Lots of eating and drinking options. Gorgeous beaches and shoreline. Thanks for a fun stay.

Great Experience

This was a super vacation stay Everything was perfect, the condo had everything one could ask for. Richard made us feel welcome with some lovely treats. The location was super for us to visit other areas as well as Ogunquit. Hope to repeat our stay in the future

Beautiful condo - very welcoming!

The condo was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay in Ogunquit. The pool outside was wonderful. The location was awesome being able to walk to the beach, Marginal Way, and the downtown area. There is so much to do in this lively and lovely town. We had a wonderful vacation.

1 bedroom gem!

Richard’s place is clean and well equipped. We have stayed in a few of the units at Ocean Towers and this one, without question, is the best. The pool area is quiet and spotless. The unit is close enough to the beautiful beach and great restaurants to be able to walk to either. Without question, we will be back!

Another Wonderful Vacation

Worth the return

We’ve returned to Ocean Towers four times and this unit twice. The condo grounds and this particular unit is very well maintained and very clean. It had everything we needed during our week stay, Richard has thought of everything. Close to downtown and the beach, we all love it so much! Thank you for taking such good care of your renters.

OG Excursion

Kitchen nicely stocked. Electric oven is great for reheating/cooking food; quiet and respectful neighbors. Laundry area is clean and convenient. Fruit bowl and water definitely a pleasant surprise! TV remotes challenging but I am not an electronic geek!

A good experience overall

It was easy to work with Richard, he answered texts quickly. His condo was clean, quiet, and well-stocked. It also felt very roomy despite its size. The beach was a short 10 minute walk as well as the Marginal Way, local shoppes, and numerous restaurants. I used my car once only to pick up groceries, about 10 minutes down the road. Highly recommend!

Amazing Condo in the Heart of Ogunquit

My parents and I stayed in Rich's condo for the first time this Summer and it will certainly not be the last! Rich was so communicative throughout the pre-arrival process and very quickly answered the few questions I had during our stay. The condo is in the perfect location - walkable to both Footbridge and Ogunquit beach as well as downtown, but being just far enough away to not get stuck in the Summer traffic! The condo was extremely clean and had all kinds of extras for us to use (coffee, tons of towels/linens/ even laundry detergent!). I highly recommend Rich's condo in Ogunquit! You cant beat the price, location, cleanliness, or check-in time that Rich generously provides!

Excellent Accomodations

We rented the condo at the end of June. The condo is tastefully furnished and decorated, cozy and spotless. Everything you need for a vacation is in the condo. The trays, plastic dinnerware and glasses were a bonus for the pool area! On site laundry is so handy. Our host was extremely responsive before arrival and so generous. We were welcomed with a lovely note, fresh fruit and refrigerated water. You can not beat the location as you can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the quietness of the complex, sitting outside our door with morning coffee and peacefulness of pool area after the beach. Thanks, Rich.
