The property is perfectly located right above shops and restaurants and a little grocery store, which was convenient since we are staying for a week with a toddler and a five month old and ran out of a few things that were essential to our stay. Plenty of things to do around the property, like riding the aerial tram, There was a band playing one of the nights, good coffee shops and restaurants although some of the restaurants could use better customer service. I absolutely loved having my coffee out on the balcony and looking up at the mountains with all the trees. Also, the laundry was conveniently located on the floor right next to the elevator which we used once! Brad was a gracious host and easy to get a hold of too

The host Brad was excellent. He was very accessible and addressed any questions or issues quickly and was on top of everything. The condo was in a great location and the amenities were very nice. I would recommend this place if you are looking to ski Palasades.
