A studio, not a house!

Caution, this is a basement, downstairs studio. Lovely, but it has No Stove!! No washer/dryer, no oven, just a toaster oven. So very remote, don't try to find at night. Great view of Lake Chatuge though. We wanted to cancel, but Evolve the property manager said, oh no we have already paid the owners. No money back allowed.

Additionally, the home is advertised as having a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, and a hate plate available for cooking. The home is also exactly as pictured online so that travelers can make their own decisions regarding whether this is the right home for them before booking. We wish you luck in your future travels! The view is amazing! All of the provided “extras” were much appreciated. There was a lot of effort put into guest accommodation which was top notch. I would highly recommend this lovely home as a perfect couples get-away. The host is fantastic, interesting and very respectful of your privacy.

Perfection! There are no other words.

Inside the unit is modern and very spacious, but with those amazing views, we barley got to enjoy the inside. The pictures of the views of the mountains and lake cannot be captured in photos. If the pictures are a 10, the actual views are a 20! I highly recommend getting up at sunrise to watch the clearness of the sky and the low clouds and fog over the lake. Felt like one step from Heaven. Again, Perfection!

This property is very nice. It is the cleanest place I've ever stayed outside of my own home. The view is amazing. Every element in the flat is as it would be in a home, not a rental. The only real drawback from me is that it is one floor of a two story home, so it is not totally private. I advise you to read the amenities list carefully and know what you're renting.

Prepare to relax!

This was one of the most relaxing vacations ever. The incredible view from the porch invites you to just sit and enjoy a beverage or read one of the many books from the host’s library. There are plenty of possible activities in the area, but it was hard to leave that porch. Beautiful property and a fantastic host.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I chose this location for an anniversary getaway and we definitely would recommend it to others. The view from the patio was worth every penny we spent to stay there. The entire place was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with plenty of room to roam around. The decorative touches throughout makes the place so homey, and the fresh cut roses on the counter made it seem so welcoming. The rental is just as advertised in the description. Michele and Brian (our hosts) answered every text within minutes and were very accommodating to our requests. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The area/town was very nice and has plenty to see and explore. Helen, GA is just a short drive away and packed with multiple attractions. BUT nothing about this stay compares to the view you get from every room. RECOMMENDED for sure!

Oasis at Haven Ridge - rest, relax and restore.

The amazing view will strike you at the front door and keep you mesmerized for your entire stay at this beautiful location. The drive up the mountain is easy and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Michelle and Brian are wonderful hosts, checking our preferences before hand, answering any questions and providing tips on restaurants and things to do. The interior space is exquisite. The furnishings are upscale with wonderful and artful details throughout making this place in the mountains refined and serene. The view from every room is captivating and we spend a majority of our time on the comfy porch chairs taking it in. The bathroom is spacious. We cooked all but one meal during our two night stay even fired up the new charcoal Weber grill - perfect! The lack of stove was not an issue however they plan on having one installed soon. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind - this is it. Also, the bird watching was superb so bring your binoculars. Brasstown Bald scenic view and hiking trails are close by and worth a visit. We plan to return for a longer stay in the fall. Thank you for opening your home to be enjoyed. Best regards!

This was my wife and I’s first wedding anniversary and we had heard about how beautiful this area was. But finding a place to stay that had great views and comfortable amenities was tough. However, this place had all of that and then some! Only a short drive to the town of Helen which was really nice. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway!

This property was everything we expected, and we had high expectations. The house is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for a lazy weekend to enjoy with your person. The views are amazing, and the host was just as nice. You won't go wrong with this one. We live about 2.5 hrs from the location. It was a scenic drive, but be careful to read the provided directions to finish the final couple of miles. I used google maps and it took me off the beaten path the first go around. I should have paid more attention to the instructions in the email provided. There is no proper oven or stove, but the provided toaster oven and hot plate are quality. We brought our instant pot to fill the possible gap, and ended up cooking most nights. The Ingles in town is very nice if you need anything. Don't hesitate to stay here.
