This house was immaculate and fit our needs perfectly. Everything we could have needed was provided. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to the i10 for all adventuring in Arizona! Patty was a great host and was very easy to communicate with! Would recommend to others 10/10!

Don't pass this one up.
This house was the best. The owners father lives next door and was very helpful. The house was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Beds were perfect. The overall area is very quiet and a nearby restaurant "Chris's" was excellent. Very close to Casa Grande and two major resorts.

We are so glad our guests enjoyed their stay and hope to have them back. Arizona City is a nice quiet area. Chris's Dinner is a great local restaurant nearby with a large menu and daily specials. Another nearby restaurant you shouldn't miss is Flashbacks which service the best Fried Chicken and Burgers. Both restaurants are a treat when visiting the area.
This property is located exactly between 2 of my sons in Arizona. We got to hang out without imposing on anyone. We had everything at our disposal at this home. It was comfortable and just like being home. Very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanks, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! Look forward to hearing from you for your next visit.
This was the perfect house for us. We spent three months here. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. There's a nice back patio with a table and chairs and a grill. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and will be going back.

Nicely furnished and comfortable home
Recently my sister, brother in law and I stayed at this residence while assisting our parents with health issues. The home was quite comfortable, well furnished with linens, supplies, dishes etc. We were within walking distance to our parents. Having this opportunity to rent this home, afforded us comfort and ease while in Arizona City. My little dog enjoyed the freedom of an enclosed back yard--no lease needed. We certainly would/will rent this home again.

We appreciate your comments and look forward to having you stay again.
Wonderful home for the price! My husband is working in Cassa Grande. I spent the first two weeks with him. We chose this home because it had it great reviews and they were correct. The kitchen was Fully stocked. We were able to stay home and cook every evening. We loved the use of the garage. Patricia was very responsive, and her family lives next-door and they were wonderful neighbors. The traffic getting to and from Casa Grande was smooth. We would’ve stayed longer if we could.

It was great having you as guests! So sorry I didn't have more days open for you to stay longer but hopefully will for you next stay.
If you’re looking to stay in the Casa Grande/Arizona City this is a great home for your stay! They have everything you need. In Arizona, it’s always smart to pack a little cooler for the car, guess what? They had one of those. They have any utensil, dish and container you can think of. They have all the cleaning supplies you need as well as detergents for dishwasher and washer. The home is centrally located in between Tucson and Phoenix if you have plans to visit either area. This home fit every single one of our needs.

Thanks for the informative review and so glad my home worked well for you and your family.
We were there for skydiving event in Eloy, perfect location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy check-in. Great communication with host. Clean. Suggest stopping in Casa Grande for groceries. Thank you!
Stayed for 1 week in June because was 5 minutes away from son's home. Very clean, comfortable AND quiet. Check in was easy and never had any issues. Will definitely come back when visiting our family again. Would certainly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area.
I was blown away at the size of the home, everything in the home to use, how nice it was, and how quiet the neighborhood was. It was perfect for my daughter to crawl around and not be cooped up in a hotel room. Next time we have to go to AZ we’re booking this home again!

Thanks for the helpful review, so glad my home worked well for you and your family.
This property was clean and very well suited for our purpose of staying in a warmer climate for a couple of months. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished with excellent paintings, and southwest art representing the area. There were three bedrooms available, but we just used the master bedroom. The kitchen was very well furnished with a very useable selection of cookware and dinnerware. Excellent supply of paper and cleaning products. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Several things missing
The house was lovely, and surrounding area quiet and peaceful.
The kitchen was well-stocked with anything needed to cook.
Cleaning supplies were available (except the hand soap dispenser in the master bathroom ran out while we were there.)
The light fixtures in the kitchen, living room, and master bathroom only had half of the bulbs working. This made for a dark and dreary feeling, and made it hard to see what we were working on.
The tv picture was awful, so watching tv wasn't very enjoyable.
The most frustrating part of our stay was the internet. Upon our arrival, we were able to log into the AmadoGuest account, as indicated to us on the note on the kitchen counter. It soon logged out, and we couldn't get back in. After trying a few times, that account wasn't even listed as an option.
We called the folks next door, who had given us the key, and he came over to check it out. He couldn't find it on his device, either. He said, "Well, it was working last week." He didn't know what to do, and didn't offer to try to get us some help. He offered to let us use one of his accounts, which he said would probably reach from next door.
The other two accounts were occasionally available, but the power wasn't good, and it didn't always stay on. My phone data worked faster that those accounts. My computer never was able to connect and have internet service.
In these days, not having internet access is a real problem. The last day, my husband and I both received notices that the bill had not been paid, and that's why there was no service. :(

I'm sorry the stay didn't quite met expectations. Additional hand soap and light bulbs are readily available in the home but unfortunately those are things that are not always caught when quickly preparing for the next guests. The internet is DSL which normally works fine, it can be slower if usage is high. DSL tech support was required after this guest departed due to the accounts/passwords being altered somehow. The internet service is paid for the each month via an automatic credit card payment so I am 100% certain that was not the issue. Thank you for the feedback.

We enjoyed the property.
We had a great time. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were great with the adjustable controls. All the supplies for a home away were plentiful. We were impressed with the amenities that were provided. The only thing lacking was a pool or the access to a nearby pool. The community was safe and neighbors were friendly . Thanks for allowing us to enjoy the beauty of AZ with a home atmosphere.

Excellent Stay, Excellent home, Excellent people to work with.
Sure beats staying at a hotel or motel. Our stay reminded me of a song I used to sing when I was a little boy, " . . .me and my teddy bear, have not worries, have no fears, me and my teddy bear just play and play all day. Everything we wanted or needed in a home away from home was provided by the homeowner and the house we stayed in. The house was neat, clean and everything one could ask for in a vacation home. We did not have to worry about the housing, so we could spend all of our time enjoying our vacation. The homeowner and the Dad that lives next door made the vacation SPECIAL! Have no complaints, just a very much appreciated THANK YOU!

great, comfortable home!
My family had a great stay here. The owners are friendly and personable and easy to contact. The house was fantastic and in great shape with all modern and up to date amenities. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Not far from the Casa Grande ruins and about midway between Phoenix abd Tuscon. We are definitely planning on staying here again.

House Rental
My husband and I had the privilege of being the first renters of this house for a period of 10 weeks (Feb. 1 to April 15, 2012). The process of the rental was very efficient and easy to do as the owner was easily reached by email through vacationrentals.com and by phone. The house is very comfortable, outfitted with all the amenities needed for a long rental. Everything was there to make our stay enjoyable right down to the bathroom and laundry supplies. The decor was very pleasant with interesting local artworks, comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms and great furniture in the living room and dining room. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare for dinner parties. We also grilled many meals on the BBQ on the back deck. The addition of the block wall around the back yard during our stay made the privacy so much better. We enjoyed many evenings outside looking at the incredible star displays. Any maintenance questions we had during our stay were quickly dealt with by the people next door(the owner's parents). We enjoyed their suggestions of things to do and see during our stay. They are very knowledgeable and share their love of the area. Arizona City is an excellent location as it is mid way between Phoenix and Tucson, close to great shopping in Casa Grande. There is excellent hiking in the area at Casa Grande Mountain Park as well as many other activities near by. The people of Arizona City are very friendly and helpful. Many walks around the neighbourhood ended in long talks with people enjoying the beautiful weather outside in their yards. We would definitely consider renting this house again for our next Arizona stay. We have rented houses in 8 different locations in the United States and Caribbean Islands and this one ranks very high on our list of favourites.

I grew up and raised my family in south central Kansas but now reside in the beautiful hills of NW Arkansas where I work as a Business Manager for a communications company. I enjoy biking, hiking, music, and travel.
Why they chose this property
My parents were snowbirds in the area for many years so when they decided to buy a home in Arizona City and the house next door came up for sale I jumped at the chance to have a vacation home close by that would be a good investment.
What makes this property unique
My roomy & comfortable home is big enough but not too big. Arizona City is a very small community with easy access to both Phoenix and Tucson. I love the mountains in the area and the bright starry nights from our front porch.
