Super Bowl Weekend

This is the second time staying at this property, and the upgrades from the previous stay were very nice. Also, this is a great location, since it is a short walk to the village.

Nicely Remodeled Condo Close to Village

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. This unit was tastefully remodeled, clean and the unit entrance was close to and on the same level as the parking. Owners were quick to respond when we had some questions about the unit and parking. We would stay here again with our family.

Enjoyed our stay during snowboarding trip

Stayed here with my wife for our snowboarding trip. Place was perfect for us two, plenty of space. Cooked dinner a couple of nights in the kitchen. Close walk to the village. Would stay here again.

Updated property in fantastic location

We were very happy with this rental. It is so close to walk to the Village and pick up the free Lakes Basin Trolley or the bus to Mammoth Mountain Lodge. While being so close off of Lake Mary Road - the complex is very quiet and peaceful. Especially this unit being down a little more from the road. Rental has been very nicely updated. Parking pass was not there - but this was very quickly taken care of by the management company and condo office. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family Get Away

Great location and great process of getting very thorough and constant reminders of the keyless entry to the property. Layout and set up of the loft condo was perfect for our needs, had everything from full kitchen pots, pans, dishes, clean bathrooms, nice dining and seating area - only complaint we had is the bed is horribly uncomfortable and although we bring extra pillows (we did but we found we wanted a couple more than the 2 we brought because of how uncomfortable the bed was).

Great Location in Mammoth

My wife and two teens stayed for a quick ski trip. The unit wasn't huge but it was exactly what was advertised. We really enjoyed it and was perfect for us. We loved the location where we could walk to the village, I even did twice in ski boots and wasn't far. I read reviews from past renters and one complaint was the check in process was a pain, you had to get a key from a different location. I'm happy to say they fixed that and now there is keyless entry to the location and it worked fantastic. All in all we loved the place and would return in the future. Thanks

Great location

This is a lovely updated property in a great location. Everything inside was clean and had everything we needed. The parking lot was plowed daily which was a huge help since we got 5 feet of new snow. We had no issues. The only odd thing was the empty Nomadness lotion/soap/ shampoo dispensers. They were empty, cheap looking, and not needed. The only thing that would be a helpful addition is a shelf, or soap dish in the upstairs bathroom.

Overestimated

The property itself was a very nice place. We loved the location. The inside was newly remodeled as advertised. The only downfall of the place was finding urine on the underside of the mattress on the pull out couch that my daughter and I were sleeping. on. What made it worse was when we brought it up to the property manager, it took them over three weeks to resolve it and I feel we got more excuses than apologies. Maybe the next person will have better luck than us.

Blooza work trip

Great location! Windows and sliders in poor working order with missing screens? No big deal there is no AC (Mammoth), but with missing screens made it hard to cool down the place at night since the mosquitoes had free reign. Especially the loft sleeping area. Paper products provided were bottom of the barrel cheap? The kitchen cleaning sponge was used and moldy. 1 trash bag provided for a 5 day stay? A portion of the deck railing missing would have been very dangerous kids were staying. Overall great spot though.

Small cute place.

Cute place nice and comfortable. Updated kitchen had all the things we needed to cook a great breakfast/dinner. Loved the pellet stove for additional warmth and comfort. Good wifi that helps to get work done (on vacation). Good size tv for viewing video content. Short distance to the village for restaurants(The "Burger"). For skiing you can access the village gondola. Can you walk? Yes. In ski boots? (hmm..carried mine..paid for a locker $) In snowboard boots? Yes. It's a short drive up to Canyon Lodge for free parking. If your over 6 feet be careful of the lofts cross beam it's at head bumping height. "Ouch". Overall great place for 2-4 for a week of skiing.

Snowboarding trip

Rented because of “walk to gondola” in title. Walking with gear was no picnic. Unit is old. Nice updated kitchen and bathroom. Rest was dated. Bed was small creaky and sagging. Central heat didn’t work and pellet heater was hard to regulate and turned off several times. No privacy as loft is open. Anything said or done on either floor can be heard throughout the condo. Have to pick up key in town before going to condo which was a hassle after a long drive. Small water heater, need to take short showers. Would not stay again.

Great central stay

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The property is ideally located 10 minutes walking distance to the Village. The property is just as described online, overall very comfortable. It has everything you need to make your own meals, and it was a perfect stay for our family of 4. There are also some board games in case you have time to enjoyed those. The property also has access to a hot tub which was wonderful! The neighborhood is very safe, and the property managers were very good at keeping the place accesible even though we got over 30 inches of snow in less than 48 hrs! Internet worked fairly well prior to the storm that hit, after that it was patchy (listing did say it wasn't guaranteed). The provided Coffee and cooking items were very useful and appreciated! Just a suggestion for the property manager/owner: Both of the mattresses do need updating. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs. Management was very responsive when I let them know and provided an inflatable mattress in a pinch as a quick fix. However, both should be replaced. Thanks for everything, overall it was a very good stay for us!

The pellet stove never worked after several attempts, The key situation was a joke, Just use a lock box or key code for entry. Also, the address that you have for the unit is extremely confusing. Need to solve that problem. Overall, the condo was clean and nice.
