Huge, spacious and roomy are just a few words that sum up this expansive beach house.
This is the one you have been looking for.
This is not a party house but an extensive floor plan well suited for 2 families or an extended family celebration.
Downstairs is a huge area with open plan living incorporating kitchen, dining and living room, with split system cooling and heating. Further along is a separate chill out area with 2 comfy armchairs, books and games, as well as downstairs toilet, bathroom, laundry and 2 bedrooms.
The second large family area consists of a second large TV and dvd player & sofas, split system heating and cooling, plenty of space for the kids to play including a table tennis table and Foosball table
Upstairs is the parents retreat with 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom , as well as a sunroom with tv and wii and reverse cycle split system for heating and cooling
Additional Fans and portable heaters are also provided for individual bedrooms.

This property is well situated within walking distance of Venus Bay Village and patrolled Surf Beach 1 as well as beach 2.

Great traditional Big Beach House

House is very spacious and well kept. Plenty of living space for families with young ones and teens. Beaches are close by and is a great location to explore more of the region over a number days. Property has an older charm and feels like a genuine beach house.

Another lovely stay

This time we stayed as a family group. The extra lounge spaces meant there was space for all. The kitchen is well stocked and made making large meals easy. Thanks for another great stay.

Family Getaway

Perfect house for a couple of families looking for getaway. Bring your bikes, ride, walk or drive to the beach. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a short stroll to the shops. Was exactly what we needed and plenty of space for everyone. Thanks for a great weekend accomodation.

Love this property

My sister and I stayed here with our family’s, 6 kids in total and had a fabulous time. The table tennis is always a massive hit and the decks on both sides get the lovely sun at different times in the day. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. Plenty of room for two families.

A perfect place for a group of friends to stay for a short break. There are a number of common areas and ample space to relax, plus outside decking, & a large kitchen/dining/lounge area. The hostess was responsive and helpful.
