The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a fresh feel throughout. It was great having two separate lounge areas and a generously sized dining table – perfect for larger groups. However, some practical issues affected our stay. The single beds were too short for taller adults (6ft), and with only 2 toilets – one being in an ensuite – sharing between 10 people wasn’t ideal. A 3rd toilet would have been a more suitable design. Also, just 1 tea towel for 10 guests made cleanup difficult, especially with the expectation that dishes be washed & dried before departure. The dishwasher was not functioning properly on arrival, but I'm sure they will fix that. Lastly, the neighbour's are quite close, fingers crossed you have quiet people staying there during your stay, unfortunately for us we had noisy early risers next door. Overall, a lovely property with great potential – a few small adjustments could make it even better.
