Cozy guest home in the heart of Montreal

Our property is approved by the Quebec Government and we are legal owners: certificate #293845 (valid until March 31st, 2027).
-we are allowed to rent our property to tourists
-we are covered with the proper civil liability insurance.
-we are compliant with all Quebec's Tourism and Montreal's Tourism Laws and Regulations. They cannot cancel or close down our property.

Spacious, renovated and beautifully furnished apartment in the heart of Montreal, sleeps up to 8 persons. Fully equipped to make your stay comfortable as home.
It's located on Hochelaga street (one street south of Sherbrooke East), just next to downtown Montreal.
Close to lots of amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, Canadian Tire, etc.), 10 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive.
2-3 minutes’ walk to Joliette Station (Green line for Metro/Subway)
10 minutes of subway to downtown (7 stations from Place des Arts Station or 8 stations from McGill Station)

Host very responsive, location is family friendly and parking is nice to have. There is everything you need to cook with the exception of spices and oil. House otherwise is well stocked and decorated. Found kids books, pack and play, highchair and enough space for the kids inside. The house is clearly older but seems like they have maintained what they can. I was glad for the sun in the window of the living room in the morning. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

Check-in info was easy to follow. Very close to the metro station which made is easy to get to everywhere we wanted to see. Host was quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Loved it! Great spacious place in a residential neighborhood. Near everything you could need, including food, metro subway and bus. Because it's not a tourist area, English is not spoken at all.

The apartment was easy to find & get to; the area is OK, but a bit noisy (near a fire station and major bus routes), but generally fine. It was nice to have a metro station a block away. Everything we needed was there.

Perfect Location

This property is absolutely wonderful, it's in a quaint neighborhood and directly across from a park. We were able to find tons of charming places to eat within close walking distance and the botanical gardens, planetarium, biodome, and insectarium were all a 30 minute walk away. The apartment was cozy and clean, we enjoyed hanging out together in the living room every night. Perfect location for those wanting to experience Montreal!

Pretty nice spot

Nice apartment. Stayed with my family of 5 lots of room. Location is a little far from Old Montreal but very close to metro. We used it to go to Alouette game. Very good communication from property manager, answered right away. Big park right across street. La Hochelaga restaurant/shop strip two blocks away, has some restaurants. Would recommend this place for anyone going to montreal but not wanting to stay right downtown

Really happy with my stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and kitchenware, fresh towels were supplied, beds were clean, and the location was perfect for the Montreal marathon as it was close to the finish line.

Good Stay in Montreal!

Me and a friend stayed in this apartment for 3 days and it was great! Apartment was very clean and close to the subway station. The host was very helpful for the entire duration of the trip and even gave some recommendations for places to go and eat. Would stay here again and recommend it to others :)
