Gorgeous custom beachfront home sleeps 12. Fabulous open floor plan with incredible views from every room in the house. 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with a mini-crib room for baby. 3 King bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and personal access to upper deck.

The dream gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with All-Clad cookware, 48" 6 burner gas stove, double ovens, 7 ft. island, fully loaded spice racks and wine fridge.

Decks on each level with top of the line deck furniture for ample seating, a stainless steel Weber Summit propane grill, and custom built bed swing.
Deck access from all 3 King bedrooms.

Enjoy three King bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bath, and private door to beachfront deck. Also one additional bedroom with two twin beds as well as a bunkroom with four built-in single beds. Those two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bath. With two tankless water heaters you will never run out of hot water even when all four baths are in use.

The living room is equipped with a 65" Roku TV and Sonos sound system. Just download the free Sonos app to your phone and all of your music is available from your library or music app on state of the art speakers.
Every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television.

On the ground floor there is an outdoor shower, picnic table, storage garage with lots of chairs, wagon, tents, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, floats, etc.

The beaches at Pointe West are beautiful and groomed consistently. Pointe West boasts two gorgeous resort style pools with spas, a restaurant and bar, gift shop, and fitness/exercise room.

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family. Beach was very easy access and close. My only downside was renovations were going so lockers rooms were closed at the main pool and the bathroom was on the 3rd floor and far away ... hard with a toddler. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Amazing location. Beaches aren’t the cleanest but the proximity of the house to the beach can’t be beat. Lovely house. Wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but ok/average. Beds are very nice but pillows lacking. Overall a nice place.

We have rented 10 or so large family homes which have all been great. However, this was the most guest ready property yet. Lots of pots and pans and dishes to get you started. House planned out great for our family.

Perfect 4 generations getaway!

The home was perfect for out family which ranged from 5 mos to 83. Plenty of space and we loved waking up to the beautiful sea view. Every appliance one could think of was provided in the excellently well equipped kitchen. The girls had a great time picking out beach toys and which umbrella to use. The walk was not too long. Our 5 night stay was just too short. We hope to return soon!

STILL THE BEST!

This was our 7th year to stay at this beautiful property. Property is immaculate and offers many amenities for the whole family. Close to the beach, Beach Club and lazy river. I cannot say enough good things about the property, property owners and property manager. I am more than familiar with most of the West End rental properties. I was looking for one that is exceptional. I came across this one and booked immediately. The home does not disappoint. I did give push back on the 25 pool fee but at the end of the day we ended up spending the day at the Beach Club. As one of my friends said, "That is the best 25 I have ever spent." The bar and restaurant are fabulous. I will definitely rent here again if I have another large group.

This house is great! Amazing ocean views from all the rooms. We had 7 adults including my 88 year old mom and 4 grandchildren ages 2 and under. The crib room and 2 pack n plays provided was a great benefit to us as well as the wagons, unbrellas and sand toys provided in the garage. Outdoor shower and faucet was perfect for getting all the sand off of everyone before entering the house and the toys when we came back from the beach. The pools are great and kiddy pools at both. We rented an 8 person golf cart to get people and "stuff" around and to go to pools on both sides of the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking daily meals. All the bedrooms were very comfy. We made many family memories and would definitely rent the house again.

Enchanting Beach House

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. I was able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the back porch and really enjoyed the time in the swing listening to the waves. The Pointe West neighborhood is well kept, quiet and has two really nice beach clubs that you can pay to get access to. Inside the house, there are three "master" suites and two kids room. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful appliances and pans. Our host was helpful, communicative and the property manager was there when we needed her. Overall, this was a fantastic experience!

This is our new repeat rental!

Wow! This house was the perfect place to call home for our family vacay of 12. Immaculate lawn, outstanding condition of the home and the decor is the perfect pairing to the amazing beach views this house offers. We have vacationed in Galveston for the past five years, always bouncing from one house rental to another, however this one was so perfect we will repeat rent next year for sure! Would give bonus stars if I could!
