Located on the second and third floors of 23 Federal Street, the condo offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. First Floor:
You enter the property via stairs leading to the lower level of the condo on the second floor of the building. The first floor has an open kitchen and living area, a brand new washer & dryer and full bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen day bed and a twin trundle. The kitchen is ultra modern and the open space makes for a great area for entertaining.

Second Floor:
There are two bedrooms located on the second floor of the condo, each with an en-suite bathroom. One room offers a king bed and the other two twin beds.
