This ground floor, two-bedroom suite in a restored historic building is just minutes from Main Street and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Recently refurbished with upscale furniture, new cookware, and luxury bedding, the unit elegantly combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Here, you are in the heart of town, walking distance to Steps Beach, and a block from the Wave - Madaket Route for free island-wide (and pet friendly) transportation. There is a shared yard and patio in the back of the building providing an outdoor oasis surrounded by beautiful hydrangeas and perennial gardens with a gas grill and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Please note that there is NO off-street/dedicated parking at this unit. Street parking is available, but West Chester Street is zoned for two hours only from June 1 - September 30. The condo is one unit in a building of six, and you can hear normal movement from above.

Please separate recyclables according to instructions and take out to community bins in the upper right side of the rear patio (cans are next to the pedantic sign... sorry that was not our idea).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Privacy-safe noise decibel reader in common area interior to ensure compliance with local noise ordinance and condo association bylaws.
