Dear friends :)

***This unit is super close to clubhouse and resort amenities!!

The villa is professionally designed and decorated with several themed rooms for kids. There are a total of 5-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 loft, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 private lanai, and a swimming pool. 7 LED TVs in the loft, the living room, and every bedroom.
The entire house is very very spacious and perfect for a large family with many kids!

The space:
My personal favorite: As a Disney fan, my favorite part of the house is definitely the themed bedrooms. They are just so cute!

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because not only is it very close to Disney World, all the theme parks around and all the malls and restaurants, but also because it is located at a great place facing the north and has a south facing pool.
The house is also very very close to the clubhouse, which made everything just so much more convenient. The best part is that the house is located in a gated community guarded by securities 24/7, it is incredibly safe and beautiful.
