This is our 3rd summer spending a week in Procter, eating cinnamon buns on the beach and enjoying everything Kootenay lake has to offer. As a family of 6 with 4 young children, this property has been a great fit for splashing around in the water, eating ice cream on the deck, and quieter moments inside during the brief periods of poor weather. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week for our family vacation and this place was amazing. There was always something for the kids to do whether jumping off the dock or playing in the sandy beach. Ted was amazing host and the communication was top notch. Almost instant response everytime a question was asked. The cabin was perfect and spacious. The pictures on the app dont do it justice.

This is an incredibly well-appointed home right on Kooteney Lake, and it was the perfect place for our peaceful getaway with our dog. The kitchen amenities are amazing and some serious cooking gets done there! This has been one of our best VRBO finds ever. Ted and Heather were easy to deal with for the booking and check in process, and I highly recommend their property for a stay in the Kooteneys!

Hi Donna, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting our amazing views! We’re proud of our usual high cleanliness ratings, so we appreciate you bringing the stovetop and the spiders to our attention so we can address them immediately with our team. Waterfront properties in the Kootenays can occasionally invite a little extra nature indoors, but we always want our guests to be comfortable. Please know that you are always welcome to reach out to us at any time during a stay—we are always happy to step in immediately to ensure everything is perfect for you. We hope to welcome you back to Procter again!

Great location near Balfour and Nelson. Usage of the dock was key for our boat. The property was very comfortable and well appointed. Parking was a little tight, but manageable. Thanks, we loved the location and views on Kootenay Lake.
