Wonderful area and property

The property was ideally located and very clean. We loved the idea of the two separate "apartments" as this wasn't clear in the listing but it was a pleasant surprise. Zesar, the property manager, was very communicative and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Great family vacation!!!

San Juan's Casa Pacheco definately exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location to experience the culture of San Juan and large enough to fit my family of 16. Nice and spacious if one needed to be alone or enough space for us all to be in the same room. It's close to many amazing restaurants, the beautiful beach, nightlife at the Condado area and the Placita de Santurce, and just a short drive from old San Juan which offers an entirely new experience. The house is very clean, safe, and comes with all the amenities one would need for their vacation. It also had thoughtful extras such as working laundry machine and fully equipped kitchen. We had a great trip! I would definetly look to stay here again!

Awesome vacation home for large groups. Centrally located for easy access to city attractions.

I would recommend to his house for large groups - everyone can have their own space with 6 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great place with complicated key system

I loved this property: location was perfect for our needs (access to various places around San Juan and restaurants), the place is great for groups who also want some privacy and the kitchen is doable for small meals. The only downside of this property was a very complicated lock and garage door situation. This was frustrating but in the big picture it was workable.

Two colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our working trip and stay at Casa Pacheco. We were very comfortable and everything was well suited to our needs. We worked mostly from the house but when had free time everything was really close by. Overall, the house was a clean and well maintained. It was decently priced for the accommodations and location. It was very convenient to have 3 private parking spaces in a garage for our rental cars. The area is residential and quite. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling down for either business and or pleasure.

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at Casa Pacheco. We are a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Interesting detail was that every room had a King bed and their own bathroom. Centrally located and close to everything. Less than a 5-minute walk to 24 hour Supermarket. We dinned outside patio every night, my favorite part. Overall, we were very pleased, Great host! We would definitely will stay again.
