Higuera Ranch is a luxury home rental in lovely San Luis Obispo hosting memorable gatherings and destination weekends!

Guests will be greeted by the sounds of a peaceful stream and calmed by the sights of our lovely vineyard. Two large homes sleep up to 28 friends who enjoy the chef's kitchen, surround sound and beautifully decorated open floor plans. Cook a feast on the Santa Maria grill while enjoying the pool, waterslide and hot tub.

Tucked away on 80 acres of rolling foothills, you will relax and create lifelong memories with the people you love. Enjoy our two mile hike, meet our ranch livestock, or learn the history of our Private Estate.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all trash in dump trailer behind black modern barn.
Leave comforters + pillows on beds. Put towels + sheets in laundry room. Start a load of all white laundry on hot.
Turn off lights, ceiling fans, electronics, pool, heat and air conditioning. Close and lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use of Celebration Spaces and Pets on Property not included in rental fee.
