This modern new home was built steps from the beach-front in Avila Beach. This luxury getaway allows you the comfort and privacy of your own home with 5 star hotel amenities. You will find out why Avila Beach is so special. Its south-sloping exposure, and microclimate of early-morning fog, warm sunny afternoons and cool evenings create the perfect setting for lush golf courses, beautiful hiking trails, nearby wineries, bird sanctuary, and sandy beaches. We are in the heart of Avila beach right across the street from the golf course, steps from the sand, trails, spa and wine tasting rooms.

This beautiful home has 3 floors with 3 large decks all have ocean views. The top deck has sweeping 360 degree view of white water, golf course, and the Avila hills. While sitting there enjoy your glass of wine, there is a gourmet BBQ, sink, fire pit, and glass panels to cover from wind. The second floor has a full bar, pool table, 75" Led Tv and Italian leather sectional. The top floor has Lacantina folding doors that completely open from wall to wall to smell the ocean breezes. The gourmet kitchen has professional grade appliances including a Thermador 48" range with double ovens, large built in 42" fridge, Thermador microwave and dishwasher and beautiful quartzite counters. Dishware and full stocked kitchen for all your cooking gourmets needs. There are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, all walk in showers beautifully covered with marble, a sculptural stand-alone soaking tub and all double sinks vanities. All the beds are temperpedic with fine linens and comfortably sleeps 16 people. In Bedroom 5 (street level) there is a private children sleep/play area with 2 full beds + 2 twin beds, TV with video game hook ups. There is putting green and other outdoor games for play in the front yard, and beach equipment such as beach wagon, toys and sand chairs (Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals has loaner beach towels).

Make your stay even better by renting our golf cart! You can add it to your reservation for just $100 per day. A $1000 refundable security deposit is required. Drivers must be over 25, and proof of vehicle insurance is needed. For more details, visit Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

The owner will consider 1 dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. (Owner will not consider retrievers because of size and shedding). The non-refundable pet fee is $75/night, max $225 per stay.

Between the three floors, there was enough privacy for each family. The open areas were roomy and made a good gathering place for Family. The home was very clean when we arrived and well equipped, including beach toys, a pool table, ping-pong table and many other beach supplies. The folks at seven sisters vacation rental were easy to communicate with and contacted us daily during our stay to see if there were any needs that we had. I highly recommend seven sisters vacation, rental and jewel home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The golf cart was very helpful in going to the beach. The only downside was the oven racks slid out dangerously, almost dumping our hot meal on the floor. They need to be adjusted with stoppers so they don’t come out.

Wonderful reunion

Disappointing Condition Compared to ListingWe recently stayed at this Avila property and unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.Upon arrival, we discovered an active water leak in the master bedroom. While someone did come to address the leak, it left behind a strong lingering odor that made the room difficult to use for the remainder of our stay.In addition, trash remained on the front porch for the entire duration of our visit and was never removed. It created an unpleasant first impression every time we entered the property.Beyond those issues, the overall condition of the home appeared significantly more worn than represented online. There were broken cabinets, holes in the walls, and several maintenance items that made the property feel neglected.For the price point of this rental, we expected a home that was well maintained and accurately represented in the listing photos. Unfortunately, the staging and presentation online felt very different from the reality of the property.We did reach out to the management company directly to give them the opportunity to address our concerns before posting this review. Hopefully these issues can be resolved so future guests have a better experience.

During the week of your stay, the Central Coast experienced unusually high winds and several inches of rainfall. Unfortunately, this weather revealed a roof leak that we were unable to permanently repair until the rain cleared. Since your departure, the roof has been fixed, and we have performed a deep clean and air purification of the room. We also apologize for the trash left on the porch; we have addressed this lapse with our team to ensure it does not happen again. We appreciate you reaching out upon arrival and acknowledging that we quickly adjusted the rain guard. We hope to have the chance to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

80th Birthday celebration

It was perfect for our family! The location is only a block from the beach, with restaurants, wine tasting, and ice cream made it ideal for a family gathering.At the house we played ping-pong in the garage, sun bathed on the decks, watched the sun set with cocktails on the topdeck and found everything our cooks needed in the well equipped kitchen. The table fit all of us(10) around it and the fireplace made it very cozy while we were eating dinner and playing games around the coffee table.It was a great place for a special occasion!

Road noise

We had 21 people in 2 houses for 5 days . Location was great for the beach but all bedrooms faced a busy street. Road noise was enough to wake up even heavy sleepers. This house is not air conditioned and faces sun in the afternoon. Needs more fans in house. Owners should be required to have an inventory sheet of what is on site.

Thank you for taking the time to review Avila Beach Jewel. You mentioned all bedrooms face a busy street (referring to Avila Beach Drive). The master suite has ocean views while the other bedrooms have mountain views. Avila Beach Drive is the single road into Avila Beach and can experience more traffic during peak hours. The house is advertised with no AC, however, when the panoramic and sliding doors are open the ocean breeze cools the home down nicely. A suggested inventory sheet is available in the listing details, and we would have been happy to provide further inventory details before your arrival.

Fantastic property for family reunion

This house was amazing - we had a family reunion of 14 people total, 8 adults and 6 kids (age range 5 to 13). The house was perfect, all the rooms and bathrooms were great, and the kitchen area was huge and contained everything we needed. Having the kids room on the garage level was also an added plus! Gorgeous views from the three outdoor decks, the garage fits three cars, and we used the two kayaks! The middle level with the three bedrooms, second living room, pool table and bar was excellent. The bathrooms were very well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house itself is literally a five minute walk to the beach and the downtown area of Avila Beach, and there are a ton of wine tasting shops, restaurants and ice cream and coffee shops! And it's a quick 10-15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. We highly recommend this house, would definitely return! Also, excellent customer service with the property management agency.

The kitchen was well stocked and organized (you will need to bring your own oil and spices). There are plenty of restaurants that are a short walk away. I loved waking up early and drinking my coffee on the balcony and going for early morning walks on the beach. We enjoyed the farmer’s market, a round of golf at the Avila Beach Resort Golf, and Whale Watching at Morro Bay. This is a perfect house and location for a relaxing vacation. I would love to come back here again.

Blue House at Avila

We had a great vacation staying blocks away from the beach. If you are counting on sleeping in it might be difficult with trash pick up at 640am and parking lot cleaning at 7am. Noise from the road is loud and there is a lack of privacy in the front and rear of the house. The house looks upscale but almost everything is not. Cheap grill, cheap furniture, dirty couch cushions, no pillow protectors, cupboard are cheap (drawers don’t open easily and shelving is not secure). Knives we’re dull and the kitchen included many low end common tools. It wasn’t easy to cook for 15 people with items supplied in the kitchen.

Well.....Avila Beach Jewel checked all of the boxes - we loved the large open spaces, rooftop deck, huge kitchen, "top end" finishes and.......the number of bathrooms!! A rare “jewel”

Yes the trash truck was early and noisy on Thursday but just turn up your sound machine or shut the window. The kitchen is massive with everything needed for high end cooking/baking. The accordion door opens to make double living space. Rent this house you will NOT be disappointed. It’s not for ppl who can’t climb stairs tho as the master bedroom and kitchen/ biggest livingroom are on the top floor. Gorgeous home- I didn’t want to leave. Ocean views from the top with fire pit and outdoor kitchen. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach and stores. Kathleen at 7 sisters was a dream to work with and patient with all my questions!
