It has a fenced yard for your dogs. 20lbs or under dog please ask 1st before u bring. I Do charge the extra cleaning fee $100each pet. regardless of type of dog. I have people with allergies…screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a house and it is actually 4 bedrooms, 1440 square foot, with a living room and a granite countertops washer and dryer 3 queen size bed’s, 1-twin. 4th BR we turned into a nursery has twin bed & crib..I'm Half mile from goats on the roof off wears Valley Road… is up enough to have a nice view of the mountains with the feel of being secluded even though you are so close to town ..it is a shared driveway. It is very peaceful place to stay.There is an office space for those who need to do a little work while your here.. Please be aware that we are in the country and do have a well, that why the 6 people limit. The WELL…we do treat the water aswell…there are 5 steps to the porch. covered parking for 2 cars. paved road up to our driveway as well. address is sevierville put we are just a couple hundred feet from the pigeon forge line. There is a fire pit for your use..SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY!! Fee if Smoke inside my house….

We had a lovely stay at Barbara’s home! It was close to everything but secluded enough to feel like you were away from the busy life of the strip. We loved the convenience of running back to the house during the day for lunch and to let our dog out, and all of the kids had their own room, which was a big win. Would definitely stay again!

Barbara's place was the perfect place for us to stay with our friends. The location, cleanliness, kitchen, rooms, and space couldn't have been better for the four of us. We were close enough to the Great Smoky Mountains for hiking and exploring as well as close enough to check out the area attractions, yet we enjoyed peace and quiet at this rental.

Fantastic place to stay with a family. Very fairly priced place. Host was fantastic and went above and beyond. This place is literally 5 min from Downtown Pigeon Forge, yet gives you a private place to rest your head not too far up the foothills. Definitely plan on booking again in the future!!

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a very nice, clean and peaceful place to stay. Barbara was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The amenities were plentiful. It was a wonderful place to stay. Will stay there again in the future.

Cousins trip

This was a great location to be close to everything downtown, but wasn't in the downtown area. We loved the porch and sat their most mornings and every evening. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Excellent location/great house.

Barbara’s place is located in an excellent location for all things Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Great house, comfy beds and lots of room for our family. Our fur babies enjoyed the fenced in yard. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place seems out In country but so close to town

This was a great place. So private and quiet seemed out in the country but only a few minutes to town and all access to entertainment. Clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a great location. Quit family home..I was raised here . There is nothing like early morning sitting on the porch chairs or the swing..
