Our family had the best stay at this home. Property contact and owner were amazing and responsive. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our Spring Break stay. We would definitely go back.

This is our second trip to Lake Havasu staying at this property. The house is centrally located, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. It was everything we expected and if we return again fro another stay we will book this property.

Excellent stay! Perfect house with everything needed!!

We had the best time! The house with pool/hot tub were exceptional. Easy driving distance to all the local hotspots and easy to navigate. The house had everything we could’ve possibly needed! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and has ample maple syrup! 😀 The hosts are super responsive. We would recommend them and rent from them again!!

We loved everything about our stay at this rental home in Lake Havasu City. Pool and spa were great and very private. Everything we needed was provided, lots of towels, bedding and everything else you'd expect plus more! Huge garage too in case you had multiple vehicles to store. The recent remodeling done looks amazing and we absolutely look forward to coming back in the future!

This was our 2nd time renting this beautiful vacation rental. Let me just say from topto bottom this home is beyond stunning! This home has everything you need. The pool and hot tub is a total win..A HUGE shoot out to the owner who made everything so easy and she is very attentive and truly cares about your stay. This will be our new “go to” rental!

The beach is not in walking distance (exactly) to this location. It's a jetty wall. No beach. Which wasn't a huge problem... I drove my dog and I to the beach. But if you didn't want sand in your vehicle and wanted to walk straight to the beach... that's not happening.The oven was not useable as the face had gone into the hole... it might have been useable, but I wasn't going to risk it. I couldn't watch Television in the living room because the remote batteries were dead. I messaged the owners immediately about both of the above and received this message, "I would like to confirm that the best suggestion would be to reach out to the guest contact since they are the boots on the ground, and they will be able to confirm. You can find the guest contact information on the checking instructions."I did do just that and NEVER received a response..The patio is soaking wet. There must be a leak above the front door. So you can't just take your shoes off at the door and not step on a soaking wet rug.There was more dog hair than I would have liked... especially in all the corners. My dog is a poodle so he doesn't shed. GOOD NEWSThe washer and dryer is spectacular!

Good backyard, but house needs work.

Backyard is great. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and perfect temp for the time of year. Even set our easy-up over the jacuzzi during the day to stay out of the sun. Bedrooms were adequate for our purposes. Nothing outstanding. Did enjoy how many pillows and towels were avalaible. The couch is pretty beat up and the recliner was broken. One of the cabinets in the master bath was hanging off the hinges when we arrived. The carpet in the master bedroom and the kitchen loft area could use a good clean as well. Refridgerator ice machine was out of commission. The shared bath had trouble draining and youd be quickly standing in a puddle of water. The major issue was the lighting leading up the front door. We arrived at night and the walkway to the front isnt lit. There is one step up in the path thats very difficult to see and my mom took a spill because of it. She walked it off with a few bruises and a scratch on her lip. Notified the owners of the light situation and a few of the other known small issues and they seemed sympathetic and said they'd wave the jacuzzi heating fee. Which is fine but in retrospect we didnt heat the jacuzzi once because its may in lake havasu. He also said they would have someone come and install a light by the walkway and fix the cabinet but that never happened. Overall i would say the owner or property manager should spend some time there to really work out the kinks. It feels like revenue stream more than a home, and at 2500 for a week i would expect more.

Good value, great outdoor space

Pro’s - Heated pool - this was critical in order to use the pool in March - Covered areas by the pool were great to escape the sun - Plenty of space in the garage - 3 bathrooms - plenty of bathrooms for the size of the house - 2 master suites - mattresses were comfortable Con’s - The house is definitely showing some wear and tear - from the carpeting to the doors to the furniture to the woodwork - there was only one TV - while the house sleeps approx 10, there is really only seating for 4-5 in the living rm - while check in was at 4:00, we got there at 5:30 and they were still cleaning the house. In all fairness, a lot of places are suffering labor shortages and cleaning services are no different - we ran into a couple issues including a door code that didn’t work and the pool heater did not work the first day but the owners were very responsive and addressed these issues quickly. In the end, I graded this house on a bit of a curve. It was “fine” - it worked, there were some nice positives but also significant negatives but the cost per night was reasonable.

This rental was the perfect stay for the 4 adults and 5 children that we had. Everyone had their own space! They provided everything we needed. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We did have a few issues with the hot tub however the owners and evolve made it right for us! We were very happy with our experience!

Comfortable stay

This property was just what we needed for our stay. All of the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub heated rapidly. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and utensil we needed. The barbecue was clean - first vacation home we’ve ever rented where that has happened. Communication with the property owner was great.

This place was qonder! It was exactly what we were looking for. Brianna was easy to get a hold of to answer a few questions I had. The house was well stocked with everything to accommodate ten people. It was close to the stores/restaurants and lake. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the Lake House was awesome! We have never stayed at a home rental where the beds were so comfy, we all slept like babies. The pool and jacuzzi were a great addition and everything was very clean as well. Everything in the home was very functional and instructions provided were easy to follow. The host communicated great and was available as needed, definitely would stay here again and recommend it!

The property was perfect for all of us! Everything we needed was there. We did have a small problem with one of the toilets but I was able to get in touch with Brianna very easily and she had someone come out to fix it. Overall very happy with the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice pool and fun time

We stayed here and used the BBQ to make food. The pool was great, and the spa heats up quick! We loved the house. I stayed in the master, and liked the dual shower feature.
