Sand Key 714: 2 BR / 2 BA Gulf Front Condo in Perdido Key, FL Sleeps 6

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I have looked in our guest comment file and noticed there were no notes from you during your stay requesting additional coffee cups, sofa-bed sheets, nor a comment on the cleanliness upon your arrival. Upon check-in we ask that you check the condo out to make sure everything is in order; including the cleanliness of the condo. In the event the unit was not clean, like you have stated, we would have been able to quickly resolve the issue with a call to housekeeping to tidy up the condo for you. As far as the coffee cups in the kitchen, there is a supply of 6 in the cabinets- if more were needed- a quick phone call to the office would have resolved that problem for you. As far as the sofa bed sheets are concerned, we do not leave them in the unit. We keep them in the office for when they are requested. I noticed you were here for 2 weeks and never once contacted the office about any of these issues.I do wish you would have given us the opportunity to resolve these issues; if only to have left a better impression on you while you were here. If you do decide to utilize Sandy Key again, please give us a call and we will personally go to your unit prior to your arrival to make sure all the inventory is up to your standards. Thank you!
