Beautiful custom home built in 2015, with 200 feet of lakefront property on scenic Lake Eden. Surrounded by large pine trees. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room and sliders in the master suite offer spectacular views of the lake. Large open common area with a 20 foot ceiling up to an open loft space make this home perfect for entertaining. Large fans in all living spaces and every bedroom keep the home comfortably cool in the summer. Radiant heated floors and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace to keep you toasty warm in the winter. Brand new kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, an island with a built in wine fridge and top of the line fixtures. Two full bathrooms, both with double vanities, custom built from reclaimed wood. Great room opens to a large flagstone patio facing the lake which makes the outdoor space perfect for cookouts or simply soaking up the sun and enjoying the spectacular lakeview. An outdoor shower is also located on the patio. A fire pit and hammock are located on the beachfront. A dock and floating swim raft,two paddle boards, a kayak and a canoe are also provided. This breathtaking home is conveniently located between Stowe and Jay Peak, which make it a perfect year round vacation spot. Enjoy hiking , paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake in the summer, take in the beautiful fall foliage in September and October or enjoy skiing, snowboarding ,iceskating or snowmobiling in the winter, 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicles recommended. Stowe and Jay Peak are also perfect for day trips of shopping, antiquing and casual dining. A perfectly serene and secluded spot to relax and recharge.

We were more than impressed with house. It had charm, was cozy, yet spacious and immaculately clean! I came up with my family and met my 2 sisters and their families. We had such an amazing week! The house was a perfect spot for getting families together. Plenty of space for everyone, awesome location and views. idealic! We skied at jay peak, went to the water park, and sledded right outside the house. This was our second summer at the property. The house is beautiful, and the sleeping options easily accommodated the adults and children. The kitchen was well stocked. We had picked this place based on its location for our trip. We planned on going to skiing at stowe and jay and this place was in a great location to get to both mountains at reasonable times even during snowy weather. The owner was great with communicating with us about any questions comments or concerns we may have had. The driveway to the place was very steep however this was communicated with us prior to our arrival and was no problem for a vehicle with fourwheel drive and good snow tires. Overall it was an amazing trip and we would book again

Vermont Eclipse

We came to Eden for the total solar eclipse. The property was perfect, well maintained and equipped. The lake was frozen, so we did not get to enjoy any summer time activities, but provided a beautiful location to take in the eclipse. The local market just down the road proved to have good food, and the many local breweries did not disappoint. I certainly recommend this lake side getaway

Peaceful, scenic and beautiful home

The property on Lake Eden completely exceeded our expectations. Upon arriving at the home, we instantly felt at home with the beautiful design and comfort of a lakeside cottage. The house was fully equipped and was in perfect condition. The owners are beyond responsive and were extremely available to us. We enjoyed two of the trails that were suggested and loved being in such a quaint town for a nice weekend to relax. The fireplace was absolutely beautiful and we definitely plan on returning to this property. One of the best!
