Yacht Club Villas #1-503 Breathtaking Waterway Views in Barefoot!

Do you like to watch the boats or watch the fireworks from your balcony? This property has the perfect views to experience all the action on the Waterway and Barefoot Landing. Totally renovated with new floors, new beds, updated kitchen with new appliances and has been freshly painted throughout. This comfortable & spacious condo has a large new kitchen area with breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living room areas. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook your meals. The condo also has a washer/dryer for your use.
There are 2 queens in the primary bedroom, a king in the 2nd bedroom and 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The living room is very spacious with a large flat screen TV to enjoy and there is new TVs in all of the bedrooms too.

The North Tower pool is right next door so you can easily walk to the pool from the building. Barefoot Landing is right across the waterway and there are many shops, restaurants and attractions to enjoy such as the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and Duplin Winery to name a few. Practice your golf game at one of the four championship golf courses in Barefoot Resort if you like. Let us know if you want to set up tee times. This property has a gated parking area.

THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING, NO PETS OR MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED.
There is a 3 night minimum in the off season and 4 night minimum in the prime season. Only 2 parking passes allowed.

Family getaway

Came down to SC for my daughter to play softball. Found this perfect condo on VRBO, it was everything I wanted it to be. Perfect space, clean, easy to get to, beautiful, comfortable.

Baby first year vacation

The condo was spacious and very well stocked with everything. We had a variety of family and friends come from different areas including Ireland. They loved the location as it was close to shops and restaurants. The kids loved the pool most! The host was awesome and responded quickly with any questions I had. The office staff at check in was pleasant and quick! It was wonderful staying here. Thank you all

The pool was great the convenience of a shuttle to and from the gorgeous beach less than 5 minutes away. The location was perfect , 20 minutes to the Myrtle beach strip. The full kitchen so we saved money by cooking breakfast/lunch/dinner. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again!

Great Location!

There was plenty room for all of us. Great view of the canal and Barefoot Landing. Well stocked (pots and pans etc). Nicely updated. Great washer and dryer. Just a heads up; They did not have a broom....which really sucked the floor got very dirty. We tried to use the vacuum but it smelled HORRIBLE (almost like something dead was sucked up). Not a lot of toiletry refills (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom 3 bathrooms with 8 people, one roll of paper towels, 2 packs dishwasher detergent). So, make sure you bring extras. Great little market down the street was very convenient when we ran out of things. Overall wonderful experiences we would def return!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The codes on the packet didn't work to get in gate. I had to call to get the right code. Doors to units were mildew. I wipe them down because I could not bear seeing them that way. They looked 100% better with a wipe down. Don't know if it was hazardous or not. No hot water in the 3 bedroom unit. Maintenance couldn't come until the next day. We were very uncomfortable. Couldn't take a cold shower. Very inconvenient to know that someone forgot to turn the hot water back on from a washing machine installation.

Myrtle beach vacation

The condo was beautiful with all the necessities for vacation. Due to late arrival, check in process was not good experience in the heavy rain at the middle of the night and check in office happened to be new address which GPS couldn’t track. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. W Each room With master bathrooms were so comfortable for families.

Family Vacation 2021

We frequently visit Myrtle Beach for our family vacation. We were very impressed with this property. The pool was clean. Our rooms were clean and the amenities were great. the only drawback was the beds. One bed had a "sinkhole" in the middle, and a couple of mattresses were very hard. Overall, we had a great time and would probably return.

Great stay

Shortly after my family and I arrived, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. We reached out to management, who apologized and the entire condo was cleaned shortly thereafter. We then thoroughly enjoyed the stay for the rest of the time.
