Very nice, clean house. Good communication with host. Golf cart was an added plus. Minor, disclosed water leak & unannounced street paving were negatives.

Nancy was an amazing host and was quick to help whenever we had any questions. The home was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located right next to the Palmanova plaza so we always had a place to go for breakfast and dinner. I visited with friends who have never been to Puerto Rico and they fell in love with Palmas Del Mar as well as the entire island and have already told me they'd love to visit again. Thank you Nancy for hosting us!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The home was beautiful and in the most perfect location within Palmas! Views from the roof were amazing! Having the golf cart was totally essential and the communication with the property manager was very prompt. We had the pool cleaned once and the company was there within the hour so there was no delay in us enjoying the pool. Highly recommend and 100% will be back as soon as I possibly can!

Amazing home base to explore east coast!

Our kids wanted to be in the pool around the clock, but we had to have them leave sometimes to explore the east coast! Easy to get to El Yunque, Fajardo/Luquillo beaches, San Juan, and more. We also had fun with the included golf cart!

Great way to spend the holidays

We've stayed at mulitple rentals in the area, and this suspassed them all. Conventient location to the Plaza and inclusion of the golf cart was key.

The villa was amazing. Beautiful 3 stories with sun deck on top. Walking distance to the plaza and the golf cart was key for easy movement around the resort. I'd never been to Puerto Rico, so I had no idea what to do or about the surrounding areas. Nancy was an excellent host. Great communication and helped me book an extension of our trip into another Villa. Highly recommend renting one of her properties. The only issue I had was the address of the unit was not on the street provided, rather on a cross street above which made it difficult to find late at night. Other than that, our trip and stay, Nancy and this unit were all 5 out of 5.

Girl’s Trip

The property is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed having the pool. One thing to consider, this property has a lot of steps. Property manager always provided a quick response to my questions. I would book this property again.
