Introducing Beach Bunker SIV30. This is a wonderful remodeled condo located on the 2nd floor of the beachfront building in Sea Isle Village. Bedroom1 has a queen size bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle and a private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bath located right outside the bedroom. The open living room and kitchen is a great place for gathering. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. This unit has a spacious deck that overlooks the gulf and the sand dunes. A stairway off the deck leads you right to the beach walkway. There are 2 TVs in the unit. This spacious condo sleeps 6 guests. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and 2 playground areas for the kids. Sorry, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Come enjoy the direct ocean breezes this true island condo has to offer! There is parking allowed for two vehicles for this unit. One parking spot is right in front of the unit. If you rent a golf cart or have a second vehicle, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass for additional parking from them. Parking passes are required. STR#200015431
