Heart of Waco home is just a short walk to many favorites including: Magnolias, Austin Avenue and the Waco Hippodrome, Baylor Stadium via the Riverwalk, Indian Springs Park with the historic Waco Suspension Bridge, Waco Convention Center, Balcones Distillery, and much more. We are also minutes drive to Cameron Park, Waco Zoo, Baylor University, Mammoth Museum, and much more!

This is a historic home with lots of updated amenities. The house had everything you could ask for even a “Nothing Bunt Cake” waiting for us when we got there. The house was immaculate! My brothers and I will definitely do our best to stay here every year we go to Waco!

Great Stay

Our family of 20 stayed here & had a wonderful time! The location is central, so we walked to Fabled Bookstore & Spice Market & could have walked to more. The house was fully stocked, check in was easy, and the management was very communicative. We had no problems with the stay at all. A bonus - we stayed around Christmas & the house was beautifully decorated.

Great place for connecting with friends and experiencing downtown Waco

Our group was celebrating our high school reunion and consisted of 5 different families with teenage kids. The house was great with plenty of beds, different floors for people to have their own time or be part of the group, a great big table for everyone to congregate, and the location was close to restaurants, coffee shops, tourist attractions, bars - everything 5 different families could want! It’s an awesome house and hit all the notes we were looking for!!

My favorite place!

We had such a lovely time walking to the Silos, dinner, Dr Pepper museum, etc. The house is an all time favorite. It’s my second time there, and there will be more.the house is well equipped, beautiful, cozy, linens are fantastic, great outside sitting areas, I just love it!

Great place and location.

Wonderful home for a large group. Warm, comfortable and inviting. Appreciated the cupcakes on arrival. We were down with 8 Ironman athletes doing the Waco 70.3 race. The accommodations supplied and outdoor grill were great. I’d highly recommend this property.

Amazing house!

The house was perfect for our group of 20. The host has literally thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and memorable…Silo cupcakes, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and our favorite, the front porch. Thanks for making the house perfect!

Quick getaway

The house is wonderful! The owners were responsive and worked with us on our stay. The house was clean and treats were left for us. The location to the stadium was perfect just a short 30 minute walk and even closer to the Silo’s.

School Competition

I brought a group of students and chaperones to this property for competition. The location was excellent. The home was roomy. Being an older home, you have to expect a few things with insulation, bathroom size, etc, but the charm of the home made up for any of these items. We enjoyed our stay and will use again if possible for next year's event.

Extended Family Together

We were a family of 19 coming to Texas to celebrate the lives of our mom, grandmother, great grandmother and also her sister who was that for all of us as well. 19 in a 3 bedroom house worked for us all. We had places to come together as different groups and enjoy each other. It was a wonderful place to experience Texas as a first time for most the family. The house is well appointed, lovely and peaceful. Thank you for providing us such a wonderful weekend of comfort and fun.

Amazing!

My whole family met at the property for the week of Thanksgiving. The check in process was easy! The owner left us cupcakes from the Silos which was over the top sweet and were super tasty! There was also some unexpected things like providing the cleaning supplies, storage supplies, shampoo, conditioner and soaps for the showers/bath. I highly recommemd this home and Waco!! We were within walking distance from so many things! It was a memorable and wonderful time!

Ironman Waco Home Base with 12 friends

What a very fun place with so many cute decorations and attention to details with simple amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Easy walking distance to many of the touristic sites. The property has many decks and patios to gather outside when the weather permitted. Parking was plentiful and easy access. For our group the challenges were the number and size of bathrooms, a large formal dining room that was of little value in the middle of the main floor. The home is historic and has a lot of old charm with many modernized updates but it still has some quirks that makes it unique. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

Great stay in the Heart of Waco

We had a great stay in this very classy home. Kitchen is outfitted well and conducive to a group. Dining and Living rooms also great. So many sleeping options and very comfortable beds. Daughters graduation from Baylor was celebrated with four generations present. Love the location! Close to Baylor Bar across the Street, Magnolia few blocks as is Spice Village. The only real downer was shower facilities. With three showers the best one was on 3rd floor. We got by but that would be the first thing I would improve to make this an easy 5 star across. thanks for letting us enjoy a great 6 days in Waco. Really enjoyed the porches especially the one in front of the house and saw a great lunar eclipse unfold before our eyes
