This is a Beautiful all-season vacation House in Poconos heart! Great quiet location!!! Families and kids are welcome! Many activities for any ages! Hot tub available all year around! Water change after each guests, guaranteed and sanitized!!!
There are 4 Bedrooms, all queen size bed, 2 bathrooms, big living room, 55'' TV, Sound Bar, Blu-Ray DVD player, table soccer, two full size sofa beds.
Game room/pool table, TV, kids toys, full size sofa/low sofa. Dining room, big table up to 12 guests. Kitchen, everything you may need: Microwave, Stove, Coffee Keurig machine, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/ Ice maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more...
2 Deck’s, 24 ft Private Pool, 14 ft Trampoline, Wood Swing, Kids Sandbox, Charcoal Grill, Fire pit, with wood benches around up to 12 guests.
Also, there are so many activities with short driving distance: water parks, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono ATV, Pocono Raceway, Big Pocono State Park, Lakeside Trail fishing and more... Don't forget to ask about early check in and check out, no extra charge if it is available... Also, pets can be available if you are ask in advance, so we can schedule special cleaning after!

Our two families with 4 children, ages 2 to 7 y.o., really enjoyed our week. The grounds are beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, trampoline, play area, gazebo and time at the firepit in the evening. Tobyhanna Lake is 10 minutes away and we also enjoyed a few hikes. The Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area is nearby with a short hiking trail to the waterfall with accessible wading along the way.The kitchen had everything we needed and Vlad was responsive to my many questions, before and during our trip. The house is well located in the woods, but has easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay with the family

This home got everything that a family or small group with need, to have fun for a weekend retreat , the house have a lot entertainments for all ages, the host if very fast response and always willing to help people with their needs. Thanks, I really recommend this place.

Vlad is a great host and has an amazing home. The home was very clean when we arrived. The weather was not on our side so we did not use the pool but we definitely used the hot tub. Very clean and a perfect way to end the day. The back yard is very spacious and private. My son had a blast running around, using the playground and his favorite was the trampoline. The home is very kid-friendly which was great for our 1 year old. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked with cups, plates, wine glasses, cutlery, paper towels, pots & pans, etc. Vlad was such an amazing host, he was very responsive and able to address any issues or concerns we may have had. My family and I definitely plan on coming back, highly recommend!

Amazing Thanksgiving holiday with family

This was our 3rd Family Thanksgiving in the Poconos. House was great, enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. House is close to everything that you need (including Mt Airy Casino). Host was wonderful.

We had a great time staying here. Our family of 11 was in town for a birthday celebration and the house accommodated us well. We wished we had more time to enjoy the property. The host, Vlad, was very communicative and helpful. We would love to go back again.

This is the second time staying at the house. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood, and some nice amenities. Mattresses could be more comfortable and pool table could be repaired or replaced. Other than that, it is a nice vacation spot for families! Vlad is also great communicating before and during stay as well.

Fantastic forest vacation

Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! Vlad was very accommodating and communication was great! The house was just as pictured! The pool & hot tub were a big hit with the family. The kids enjoyed the pool table as well! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Poconos trip with family and friends

Very clean bi-level house in a quiet, rural setting. Back yard with plenty of space and activity supplies. Wonderful for families to relax. Vlad, our host was great with communication too!!
