Built as a seaside retreat in the 1930’s, our cottages have endured as a magical escape to California’s “Surf and Sand” fun. Freshly restored in 2015 with our unique vision of the 1930s to 1950s beach ambiance. Located only 1/2 block from Coast Highway you will have easy access to the beach and all of the great restaurants, and "outdoor fun” that Laguna has to offer. Bring your guitar, favorite books, and festive party spirits. Large front yard for relaxing with views of the ocean. Easy parking. (2 cars per cottage). Internet, laundry, fully stocked kitchens, & queen sized beds in each cottage.

The property is on a large 10,000 sq ft parcel, in the very heart of the city. Take a trip back in time to stay in California’s last surviving intact beach community.

Check-In is anytime after 3:00 pm, Check-Out is 11:00 am.

notice. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date,
or as a result of inclement weather, flight/travel delays or personal emergencies. There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
