Only at 20 minutes car ferry from Malta. This quiet rustic 120 year old castle like house, has three double bedrooms en suite(one with bath and one with shower), all fully equipped with air conditioners. All three bedrooms overlook a private swimming pool (Extra shower by pool area) for people who enjoy tranquillity and peace. The house also offers a beautiful Roof terrace with wonderful views of citadel and the various churches around the island.This is truly enjoyed in summer with a bottle of wine complemented by the fireworks of the festas.
The closest sandy beach (Ramla bay) is 10 min by car, and there is an even closer pebble beach Mgarr Ix-xini nearby. The weather is great most of the times till November but with a bit of luck the winters can be mild too. In the main square of xewkija, it is possible to find many good restaurants should one want to go out to eat.
