Back in Time

Home wad built in 1947 and is dated, original kitchen and and home had a musty smell. No throw pillows or blankets for sofas, no wine or beer glasses, no coffee table erc. Electrial not up to date, had to turn everything of when not home because it was considered a fire hazard. For the price expected more from VRVO.

I grew up here and attended School in Antigonish County, I currently live in the family home and rent it out to vacationers in the summer. I am a Mechanic.

Why they chose this property

This is a very beautiful, peaceful area to visit, lots of wildlife, Eagles ,Deer, Birds, and only a ten minute walk to the Beach via JimTown road, which borders on Ogden Pond and St.Georges Bay. Crystal Cliffs, can be viewed from the Beach. It is only a Forty minute drive to Cape Breton and about the same to historic Sherbrooke Village. This is a large lot and the home is located on a Hill with a view of the Bay.You cannot get much better than that, so please stop by.
