Fully furnished bright basement suite available for rent in beautiful North Vancouver. It is your home away from home!!

Newly Renovated : )
New tiles, flooring, heated floors in bathroom, appliances, paint and countertops!!

Bright open and large layout (1250 SF) with beautiful flooring, sleeps 6 (1 king, 1 queen, 1 NEW comfortable double pull-out leather couch). The king and queen beds have pillow-top mattresses with great feedback on how comfortable they are.

Just a SeaBus from downtown. In a great neighbourhood and close to transit. 2 blocks to highway, if you have a car...lots of free and safe street parking.

Across the road is the beautiful Grand Boulevard Park which is 12 blocks long... a lovely walk!

Includes secure wireless Internet, 50" flatscreen satellite TV with PVR, telephone, new in-suite laundry and new full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

With both Lynn Valley and Lonsdale avenue less than 1 km... you will have plenty of shopping and restaurants in close proximity.

Basically - bring your clothes, buy some groceries and everything else will fall into place for a very enjoyable stay. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc...

Oh, don't forget the Nespresso espresso machine and pucks - great way to get your day started with a great java!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage and compost need to be disposed of outside of the suite in the bins under our back deck (access through the gate)
Recycling from under the sink needs to be emptied in to the larger bins outside the suite under the stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a lovely stay for our family of four which included a toddler and an infant. They have a high chair and pack and play available is great for travelling families with young kids. They were great hosts and communication was clear. Would not hesitate to book again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Large, spacious and absolutely wonderful hosts. There were nothing kind. A fantastic location and also wonderful for children. The spot had everything we could’ve ever needed there. When we come to Vancouver again, I hope we can continue to stay here.

We booked for 3 nights, had a great stay with friendly hosts. Unit has everything and more. Had a toddler with us and there was highchair and other baby items available. There is wonderful walking paths right across the street and the access back onto the highway was a driving bonus. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Awesome place to stay!

Clean and lots of space for our group of four adults… About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants in either direction from the property. I would reserve this property again without hesitation.

Perfect place for a getaway!

Wonderful visit! Very lovely North Vancouver neighborhood. Nice downhill walk to the Seabus (about 25 minutes) or take Uber for about $10 US. Excellent shower and beds and has a terrific washer and dryer. Friendly host too! Would definitely stay there again.

The place was VERY clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were loads of pillows and blankets. The hosts were extremely responsive to messages. The location was perfect and conveniently located to explore the city.

Large, spacious, clean, bright, well appointed two-bedroom apartment in an excellent location. Large park across the street, ample street parking. Stayed six days and would definitely stay again next time we visit Vancouver.

Quick trip to Vancouver

My family and I stayed for 4 nights. We used public transportation most days - super convenient with the bus stop pretty much across the street. Wish we'd used it on all the days - much less of a headache getting around town. Nice park for walking nearby. Well stocked kitchen too!

Amazing place!

We had such a great time in Vancouver and this was a perfect hub for all the exploring we did! Close to Grouse mtn., capilano bridge park, lynn valley park, food and so many other great things! Beds were comfy, tv was great for relaxing after a hard day exploring! This will definitely be a go to place for us WHEN we come back! Thanks for sharing your space!

North Vancouver flat

The flat had everything we need for our weeks stay. It was in a good position for us visiting family and for access to bus routes to the Quay and beyond. We would definitely use it again in the future.

Another great stay!!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. For the activities we like to do, the location is hard to beat! Plenty of activities within 30 minutes in any direction. The washer and dryer came in useful, buying and keeping snacks and drinks in the fridge for our adventures was great as well. The beds were comfy and we were able to get plenty of sleep. Looking forward to stayin here again on our next adventure!! Thanks you guys!

Awesome basement suite !

Very nice and beautiful, lots of room. It has everything you need and more! Beds were very comfortable. My kids loved it. We love Vancouver. We will for sure book this spot again next time we're in town. Thanks again Alexine!

Very nice little place!

We were very impressed with this little space! We came with our toddler and were very pleased to find that the place had many more baby items than listed (a bath tub and some toys/books). The homeowners were out of town for the entirety of our stay, so we were only able to reach them via VRBO messages. We wished there had been some kind of rental info binder with info about the house with the wifi password, what to do with trash and recycling, the check out process, and local spots. They had a fairly energetic dog upstairs that ran around, but only in the morning/evening. We were worried it would wake up our toddler, but fortunately it did not. Overall a very nice space, we would stay here again!
