This lovely updated farm stay includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a great open floorplan. Bring your family, dog, and enjoy all 5 acres. Come interact with the horses and have a bonfire in the yard. The home is located right on the border of Lexington, Paris, and Georgetown and has a wonderful country feel with all the modern amenities. Plenty of parking and storage if needed. Sleeps eight+

15 mins to Kentucky Horsepark, 20 mins to Keeneland racecourse, 20 mins to the University of Kentucky, and just minutes from Evans Orchard. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and some of the most prestigious Thoroughbred farms in the world. 3 Queen sized beds, 1 CA King, and an oversized sectional sofa. 20 mins to Lexington Bluegrass Airport, and 90 minutes to Louisville Airport.
