The property is protected with fence completely around the house and has a security gate on the driveway.



Guest Access:

Entry codes for security gate and entry doors provided upon booking.

The property is located 2 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park, 10 minutes from Rupp Arena and Kroger Stadium, 12 minutes from Keeneland and 30 minutes form the ark Encounter.

House has been totally renovated within the last year and nearly everything is brand new!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all linens from the beds and place them in the laundry room Gather all trash and place it in the garbage cans located in the back of the house. Load and Run the Dishwasher
Load and Run the Dishwasher Place all dirty dishes, utensils, and cookware in the dishwasher. Adjust the Thermostat In summer set 78, in winter set 65.
Final Steps Turn off all lights, fans, and appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
