Clean and beautifully appointed condo to build summertime and winter wonder memories. You can’t get any closer to the lake.
***NO passes for Incline Private Beaches (Burnt Cedar, Incline, etc.)***
Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose, and Northstar close by.
Also close to East Shore paradise- new trail, hiking, & secret beaches. Sand Harbor and Kings Beach.

Less than an hour from Reno airport. 2 hours to Sacramento and 3 1/2 hours to San Francisco!

Perfect in every way. Well appointed kitchen for cooking whole meals. Plenty of community space indoors and out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Host was very accesible I would love to return. You can’t beat the views here

Incredible location!

We loved this location and place. It is the perfect size for our family of 4 with tweens that want their own rooms ;) and we loved looking out at the view from the patio, and walking 2min to the steps into the lake. We will be back!

Tahoe revisited

The property is obviously used regularly by the owners as there is an abundance of family memorabilia about. But that meant that there was also an abundance of supplies, spices, condiments, beverages, toiletries, etc. We enjoyed the proximity to numerous activities, and, being early May, no crowds. And the view of the lake can't be beat.

We absolutely loved your property. The condo was gorgeous and steps from beAutiful Lake Tahoe. We were able to cook meals and enjoy both outdoors & indoors. The walk to Sand Harbor was wonderful. Our family will definitely be back.

A great stay

The condo was in an excellent location, the lake views are outstanding. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of supplies in the unit. Clear communications with the owners and they provided good information on the local places to visit. The place is comfy and definitely a place we will return to in the future

What a view

Our family had such an amazing week at this condo. The proximity to the water was excellent. Side note: the staircase to the water was closed off so you have to go to the other end of the complex where the beach is. The location is close to the village where there is plenty to access (groceries, restaurants, water toy rentals, e-bikes). We had a paddleboard and kayak at the condo rented for the week and used them constantly. From swimming in some of the most gorgeous and clean water, to hiking, to riding e-bikes on the Tahoe East Shore Trail down to Sand Harbor Park, we did our best to fully embrace one of the beautiful parts of this country. Thanks for the opportunity to rental this fabulous condo!

Relaxing

The condo had absolutely everything one would need to be comfortable while enjoying the great view. Directions annd instructions were very clear. I also liked the location- close to many things/ but without the crazy traffic. I would highly recommend!

What an AMAZING place!

Meghan's lakefront condo is in an ideal location - quiet, relaxing comfort with gorgeous views day or night. Bonus, the condo is also conveniently located between Incline Village and King's Beach! Highly recommend: Azzaro's, Fumo, and Mofo's, all in Incline Village. Also, Chambers Landing in Homewood and The Beach House in SLT. This was a very special trip for my mom & I and although it was a big splurge for 2 people (house can easily sleep 6+), it was worth it to see my mom's face when we arrived just before sunset. I wish I could attach pictures because it's such a beautiful location and a truly inviting home. Meghan was available via call/text and she has a binder prepared with lots of information - very helpful! The kitchen was well stocked with basic essentials and plenty of cookware and dishware. The furniture was comfortable, with several throw blankets to snuggle up with. The bathrooms were clean, the hot water and shower pressure were great, and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. It was awesome to return "home" in the evenings and watch a Netflix (or other) show on the large flat-screen TV in the living room. The bedrooms also have TVs. Both of the decks were wonderful for enjoying the crisp, fresh air and stunning, nearly 180°, views. Plus, sleeping with the windows open allowed for the lullaby sound of the water lapping along the rocks, fantastic! Parking was a breeze. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, already wanting to go back! Until next time... ✌💗🕯

Very Nice Condo on Lake Front propery.

Our stay was like going to stay at a friends home. Nice ammenities with personal touches to make guests feel that they are guests at a friends home. The owner was very accessable. Great Location......Highly recommend!

Right off the water

The location of the condo was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and definitely relaxing. House is a little outdated and upstairs rooms were a little hot but we stayed in Sept when it was 95° outside but the location out weighs the bad. The house is completely stocked with everything needed. Would recommend to others and stay again.

Our family of 6 enjoyed this unit. Clean, comfortable, well stocked , and beautiful location on the quieter side of the island. Wish the beautiful view wasn't hampered by so much smoke from the nearby fires. Praying for everyone living there.

Phenomenal

Prepare yourselves.... the place is drop dead gorgeous.. There is no need to sell the destination, Tahoe is recognized internationally. There is access to all kinds of outdoor recreation. We skied, swam, hiked, kayaked, paddle-boarded, biked and sledded, but did not have time to golf. Situated on the quieter north side of the lake, the condo has a hidden entranceway and is secluded and quiet. The space itself is spectacular. 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and plenty of room for 6, with an open floor plan kitchen/den/living room/dining room overlooking the lake. 2 spacious porches , upper and lower and steps that go right down to the water. The hosts keep the place immaculate and ready for visitors. We stayed 4 weeks, and left only because our time was up and we had to get back. But, we coud easily have spent a lifetime there..

Magical Location, Great Get Away

This place is a magical location, right on the water of North Lake Tahoe. Waking up in the bedroom and looking out the window was like being on a boat. The property manager was very helpful with any questions or concerns. The house is well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies and made it easy to feel at home. Lake Tahoe has so much to see and do but that back porch with that view is a hard place to leave!

Our family enjoyed staying at this lakefront property so very much. No need to go anywhere else...this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your surroundings and the beauty of the lake. The home had everything you could possibly need no matter what season you visit.

Amazing view, plenty of room

First off, the view from two of the bedrooms and the eating area and deck is amazing. Very peaceful spot. And we were able to see the 4th of July fireworks clearly by stepping onto the back lawn. All the bedrooms are together on the main level, which is nice for a family. And each has its own bathroom, also a plus. The only weirdness was the shower/jacuzzi combo in the master bedroom (shower head placement and lack of door/curtain) and the saloon doors in the bathroom in the bunk bed room (a little lack of privacy). It was definitely a bit warm in the bedrooms at night, and we didn't figure out how to get ceiling fans to work. Downstairs kitchen/eating area was large and comfortable (and perfectly cool in the afternoon/evening). Appliances are all new and the washer/dryer was great to have. Kitchen has everything you need and between the dining table, small table, and breakfast bar, you can seat a lot of people. Location felt secluded but very close to Incline shops/restaurants/market. And having guest access to pay for local private beaches was awesome. Host (Meghan) made the process easy. She send us helpful information and made herself available to us if we needed her. All in all, a really great place.

Wonderful getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in your home. The view was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, and a great location. The only bummer was there wasn't an accessible rocky beach area for our kiddos to play in the lake as shown in one of the pictures. But, mother nature can't be controlled! The lake levels were really high; my kids still enjoyed going in the lake and standing on the platform. We'd book this place again for sure!

Great trip

Great place, gorgeous view of the lake across the entire back of the unit. Quiet neighborhood and very close to everything you would like to do in Incline Village and around the lake. We had a great time, Meghan was very responsive when we had questions. Perfect week.

Three generations have been lucky enough to enjoy this property. We are a family of 4 with our main residence in the Bay Area. My husband (Patrick) grew up vacationing and residing here as a child. He attended Incline Elementary School before moving back to the Bay Area. We have two adventurous daughters (Bryn and Mila). We are avid snowboarders and boaters. We hope you love our property as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! As residents of Incline Village we have access to the pristine beaches and amenities. As a guest to our condo you are granted access to the beaches and amenities as well. You will just need to check-in at the Recreation Center upon your arrival and pick up your "guest access passes."

What makes this property unique

We use this condo very often, so we make sure it is family friendly and ready for guests at all times. Stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, fresh sheets and towels. Kitchen has cooking oils, spices, sugar, condiments. We have many pots and pans- everything you need for cooking and baking. Kid friendly plates and cups. Blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Weber BBQ gas grill on the porch. We have a closet full of beach umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels.
