Lovely private first floor of raised ranch house. Sleeps Four in 2 bedrooms (queen and two singles). One and a half baths. Full kitchen and electric appliances utensils and . Dining room and living Room. Huge landscaped yard and shared parking in large driveway. Shared Washer /dryer in Basement, (owner space on 2nd floor with separate entrance). Window air conditioners in open area (living room/dining room/kitchen), and in both bedrooms. A Queen bed in 1st bedroom and 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom. Full bath in hallway and 1/2 bath in twins bedroom.

Excellent location, great house.

This place is great. It was clean, comfortable and is close to town and the water. Only thing i could say is the beds could be a little more comfortable but, that’s not even a big deal. We would stay here again in a second.

Beautiful house situated on a quiet street and containing everything l needed. The space was so comfortable that l was unmotivated at times to leave house to explore the rest of Martha's Vineyard. Premium property!

Pleasant stay.

Location is quiet, living area is large and relaxing, kitchen has all the basics if you plan to cook, owner easy to work with and very pleasant. Electrical system a little out of date—very few three-prong outlets and circuit kept tripping when using hair dryer and iron.

Good location; friendly and responsive host

Love Jeanine as a host. She is conscientious, attentive and responsive. Her rental was clean, well kept, and stocked with the essentials. The location is good -- you can get to Circuit by car or bike quickly. The rental is older (the only reason I did not give it a 5 overall), so if you are looking for something modern -- this may not be the place for you. I would stay there again.

Great little spot

This was a great little spot for us to stay in while we were working in oaksbluff. Comfy beds & host was very responsive. Only down side to those tech savvy people or anyone else on work trips, there are no outlets that take 3 prong plugs, there was an adapter we used from the TV but other than that couldn’t really complain :)

A great find!

We just had a wonderful stay at this lovely apt. It's very quiet, peaceful, and clean and smartly decorated. It had everything we needed. It's in a convenient location close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. We even left our car behind and were on bikes for the whole time as the efficient bus system has bike racks on the buses. And there are several bus routes with stops near the house. Jeanine, the owner, was very accommodating and we will surely stay again at this great rental!
