Our silver bach in Ligar Bay is a very comfortable holiday house with two bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.
Situated opposite Ligar Bay Beach with great views out to sea.
The flat section is fenced for the safety of children and animals.
Located close to Port Tarakohe to launch your boat (900m).
Easy access to fish.
Great all-day sun (8:15am – 8pm in summer, and 8:15am – 5pm in winter).
Check out - you are expected to clean the whole place after yourself checkout time is 11am.
If you require cleaning - a cleaning fee is added which is an extra $150and departure time is 10am.
Long stay- 5 nights or more- cleaning fee 215

The house is in a great location, has plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. There was a slight mixup with the extra order for linen but this was quickly sorted out. It would be great if the linen was made inclusive in the total price. Some small internal stairs to negotiate but these were well signed. A very pleasant stay.

Fabulous house right on the beach. Modern, clean, with all thr amenities you would need for a great time away. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and beautiful views. The beach is safe for swimming and for our young kids.

We have two houses on this property. The Silver House and another listing for the White House. Sometimes families and friends like to holiday together and will rent both places out - so they have their own space.
